Mutes last as long as you play the game. Rejoining gets rid of your mute. But chances are the admins will mute you again and keep mass respawning you as that’s what happened to me. So nope, not permanent or even just on the server. Just rejoin guys!
Someone has to just keep going up to registers when they’re muted just to annoy the admins. That could possibly be a new way to troll. Or just mass rejoin.
I’m a former Supervisor, and let me tell you guys, if there’s anyone you should blame, it is those in the Human Resources department and developers and the owner in the ‘Corporate’ tab because they’re the ones that handle all the MRs and they make up systems and protocols for how to deal with trollers. Tcsette is the LEAD of human resources, so bet there’s a 90%+ chance that she came up with this 😂 (The hrs General Manager-EOA have NO power in how to deal with trollers either, they just do what they’re told) Edit: This is so silly help. One night there’s 23 replies and the next morning it’s 41 and probably the same argument. This is a very interesting thread 😂

They got an auto censor I guess human employees can put in some words tho and sometimes I get why. Like if "behind" gets censored I'm sure you can get why. Maybe "hi" is censored because the word "high, as in, well you know. But I guess the censor is just janky.
I've started to notice that everytime a player starts proving a point against the admins they call it trolling then falsely kick them even if they aren't being disrespectful
Becuase they are little kids who dont have any control over anything else in their life, so whenever they get proven wrong, they get upset and abuse their rank

as a former, i actually agree that the system is extremely vague and theres not really any steps other than muting the player and ignoring them, but insulting MRs (not saying he did it) and bothering them, asking questions like "oH wEll HoW am I supPose to oRdEr whEn iM mutED???" is an extremely low blow we dont make the rules, thats completely clear, we are just told what to do we are vague about our answers because we risk losing our jobs, ofc it isnt important, but we miss out on events, our friends, etc i love seeing your content but its to the point that its not the MRs fault, and it sucks as a former to know how incapable we are to defending because we are scared to lose our jobs blame the corporate, not the MRs

Pastriez devs added the filter due to a lot of inappropriate comments, i saw some disturbing messages when the v3 released so i assume they just made it more strict that anything gets tagged

i work at washiez and when i said my greeting everything was allowed, but 2 seconds later with the next car everything got tagged. roblox filtering is getting insane!
i think roblox made it so that any long/large messages or repeated messages are automatically tagged, and sometimes just randomly taggs messages if you aay like 2 or 3 at a time that are not even the same
another secret i found out from working there was that once u pass the application for being an HR, there is some sort of certification test you have to go through but I have never actually done it because once i passed and made it into this test I asked someone in-game about it how long it would take, and got removed from it just for talking about it out loud.

Hear me out, this could be actually a good and unique troll idea. 9:05 By that, I mean seeing how long it takes until they give up when you are saying intended hashtags. For example, ask for them to review a greeting. Then just spew out hashtags.

Hey former general manager here from march! Honestly the most blamed person should be hrd..mgm just does as they're told and they have no control on how they can handle things. Nah cause the workers get so mad for no reason, I was standing in my own little space and some literally came up me and basically told me to shut up, like I wasn’t even trolling or doing anything, they get so pressed for no reason, I was only play music with my mic on and a girl came up to me and said “can you stop” 💀 you can’t do anything without the mini workers thinking they are actually making profit there telling u to stfu

Like tbh i do get like muting to prevent trolling but like Mass respawning when trying to interact with anogher player (like dude, they're proberly not going to see your chat depending who it is why do that) and just auto muting when ever its mention maybe crosses a line in my opinion
I’ve noticed that some of the “workers” at Pastriez Bakery are here complaining about Barney and trollers and crap, and I’d like to say one thing; one of the reasons trollers come to these games is because it isn’t a real job and y’all treat it like one. You don’t get paid, you get angry too quickly, you overreact and corporate has no clue how to manage a place (if you guys want to to be treated like employees at an actual business, start asking for wages and get corporate to *actual manage* the place as someone would for a real company. It’s a fake roleplay game, stop treating it like reality. The moral: just get a real job

VIDEO IDEA: go to washiez and walk to the car wash area (INSIDE) without a car and push cars to the side so they get stuck and cause a LOT of problems. (If you’re careful, you won’t get in trouble after a LONG TIME, I lasted at least an hour of constantly pushing cars to the side and making a huge line. Nobody caught me. and btw be careful of the head operators and the shift leaders in the car wash.)

At times, it's so unpredictable that it actually discourages me from wanting to type any text in Roblox games, knowing the rules force developers to use that _flawed_ filter. They fixed some parts of the text filter (like not tagging my name), but just knowing anything I say could be turned into dumb ########… It's just…ugh. The Roblox website and games feel like you're being watched and you have no freedom of speech, trapped in some kind of prison. The DevForum feels like I'm outside of that place, free to breathe and say acceptable things, as it should work.
i got a psychical trolling ban just for standing in a mr’s avatar and the mr was tryna act super clueless abt it lol when i asked them abt the system, it was kinda funny actually, dunno why they have to force the mrs to do that tho
