If this is true about Udoka and all of his workplace affairs everywhere he coached that as an assistant and of course the elephant in the room being head coach in the Boston Celtics organization, I don't see how another team owner or GM wanting to take a chance of this guy. Would the media need to demand a scrubbed version of this investigative report be released, and would the NBA need to demand an unredacted version of the same report, and would the NBA need to do its own investigation to determine the merit of the suspension?

What Celtic rule did Udoka break

From the praise he got for holding the players accountable last season maybe reasonable (players tend to say positive things to media) but his Xs & Os and use of players have been suspect, esp in playoffs. He never got Grant and Pritchard untracked in the Warriors series and kept load to the 2 Js running similar plays after plays which was easy to defend. He also failed to make Rob accountable during the Warriors series as he kept leaving his man for blocks and did not box out. So he has not proven he can truly coach at a high level yet. Mazulla is young at 34 without head coaching exp (so was Udoka at beginning of last yr). The advantage he has is he's been with the team for 3-4 yrs incl serving under Brad Stevens as head coach. So he knows what schemes work well with the core. And surely, Stevens will give him pointers here and there to help even though he will let him make all the decisions as that's how to make him accountable for the results. So with Brogdon another versatile player that play both ends and can pass, the Celtics might pick up from where they left off last season without losing a beat.
