The best way to get them quite is to destroy them in 1v1s and they are always lower than you and they try to get you in there level, although after they are killed in 1v1s or getting destroyed in normal battles they rage quit or coming up with excuses

I had a similar situation before so I was just being a cop and this dude called Yngking625 started targeting on me cuz I shoot him when he was exploiting and his real acc joined and bragged about og vehicles and said he wasn’t exploiting. He decided to 1v1 and he started exploiting again. I reported him several times and he didn’t get banned
