Totally disagree!!! A country cannot be run by loan ! First of all country development is based on productivity of human resources! All the people are moving towards abroad due to lack of opportunities! Firstly we need to create opportunity and able to sustain our people here ! With the opportunity they see here and own small enterprise it helps them and government in tax regulation ! So its not about money government is lacking to develop, its about mindset and improperly use of resources and delication.

If government provides opportunity to any underprivileged group of people and create favourable environment to those who want to go abroad ! It's all about keeping them in our home country ! It's not mandatory to any group of people to own their startup ! But to feed their family ! So opportunity should be given ! Our argument may be different ! But skilled people are going abroad ! So how do we expect nepal is going to be developed with also from borrowing a loan !

Let's look Nepal like this... 1- Nepal is landlocked in Nature. So for making Infrastructure in such a land required lots of Capital/fund/money/loan etc whatever you called but here the problem! Somehow if Nepal collects the required amount to build infrastructure and development project but unlikely it won't possible due to the political instability and high corrupt leader in the position that controlled almost every sector like you can say unethical bureaucracy. 2- Nepal has lots to give than to take. I mean to say is that Nepal can generate lots of Money and can recovere the economy from the industry which is still in baby-born nature. Like Tourism Industry, Start up, Technology, Cyber security, Entertainment industry, Sport Industry, Real Estate and Financial Services... Only the sector which is growing well but in slow pace is Health sector. 3- So called well educated people from Nepal who has done their graduation from popular university like Kathmandu university and Tribhuwan University are moving to foreign land for their study completion and in the mindset to settle. 4- Now comes to the crucial part Education. Education sector is decent but not productive and improved at least we have the syllabus more like in Indian institute format Which is tip of the iceberg for Learning. 5- And finally the Industrial Sector and the Manufacturing and production companies which is like 1% in comparison to the wholesale and retail market. These all need to be improved. 🙏🙏🙏

The MCC grant specifically stipulates no misuse of the MCC Grant/fund and because of this, most of the corrupted Nepalese leaders are against it as they see they'll have no share on it as simple as that.
