I’m going through this right now. One minute I’m studying witchcraft the next I’m back a Christian. I’ve experienced so much trauma and just want my life to get better
Also called spirit of restlessness. I experienced this a few years back in my journey with Christ, going through several churches and pastors until I began to pray for stability and to be rooted in a place of worship. God answered me.
It's causing my wife to have an affair bit make me feel guilty about spending time with her and the kids while she has this affair It kills me knowing she's having an affair but she uses the kids to make me feel guilty about not spending time with them all. She tells me she really cares about me. She commented about ALL the women I'm involved with. I've not even looked at another woman. I'm trying my best to create boundaries but it's so hard because those boundaries mean I miss time with my kids They cry kick and scream when I go.....or if I drop them off. They kick and punch and headbut my wife in protest She just doesn't comment I tell her it's not just me it's ruining it's everyone. Including herself Because when she tries to integrate this man into our kids....they will protest and he will flea And she'll end up alone and ill be torn yet again feeling bad for her....... Please give me strength to detach from her. She is following her mums footsteps who many years ago did the same thing Her mother is beside herself because she sees how deeply I love my family and what this evil spirit is doing. This evening it's been hammering me with the suicidal thoughts yet again. I know it's there because of this and would never succumb to that but that's what shows me it's there because I know that's not my own thoughts
If being double minded is merely personal choices...then you are so right, they need to repent....However, if that double mindedness is driven by a "spirit" then it's not a matter of choice, but the person needs to be delivered of that spirit to be able to change! Belittling those folks is unloving. We need to help get them set free.
It's always a choice, it's the same principle as a drug addict God gives us all free will, so if we want to be set free, we have to make up our mind first and come to God and let Him know we are serious and want to be free. No point in delivering somebody who doesn't want to be free, or hasn't made up their mind, that spirit that is cast out will just come back and bring others back with it making the state of the person worse. So yes, we walk in love but God gives us all choices and we must CHOOSE what we want and be firm in the choice. God will do the rest.
This bondage cannot be broken merely by one "wanting" to do something about it!! It is like being possessed by demons or feeling cursed!!! It is NOT broken by puny human willpower!!!
Thank you for posting. I am in need of complete deliverance in this area. In which I am crying out to be delivered from the root cause. From wherever the seed was planted
This is the insight I need! Double mindedness has been a long time issue for me. I’ve had enough and I hate it. I’m seeking God and studying the word on this because It ends now!
This man has such an awesome gift & anointing of God to bring knowledge, understanding & apply wisdom to matters not only in the Bible but everyday life. It will be most interesting to watch unfold as God raises his voice up even higher in the days ahead as we watch the fulfillment of Habakkuk 2:14 I perceive this voice will be used wonderfully!
Father God right now I submit my life to You , I submit my will to Yovu, I submit my mind to You and I ask that anything planted in me will be uprooted by the fire of the Holy Spirit,, by the uncompromised word of God,and by the blood, the precious blood of Jesus Christ sothat I can work in stable,and consistent decisions that lead to stable and consistent consequence that are positive with positive results for a life that yields to You in Jesus name!!!
I'm so glad that I came across this video! I was asking God about what I was experiencing, namely the constant back and forth I do, and what came to mind was Confusion, Schizophrenia, Double-mindedness and Instability. I have a book called The Demon Hitlist, and oddly enough when I looked at the Spirit of Schizophrenia, Double mindedness and Instability were the first to be named.
Please, Father, forgive me and uproot all spirits that do not belong within me. Fill me with Holy Fire Lord ❤ heal my wounds and bind the enemy in Jesus name. Deliver me from all of satans works on my life. Destroy the enemy in my life. Set me free, Lord, enable me to walk with you the way i am supposed to. Shatter the false idols and lies in Jesus' mighty name. Please, Lord, set me free from all double mindedness. Build me up to walk in great faith, unwavering and true to you in all my ways. So I've been battling for a long time. God knows. Long story short. I was sitting here this morning. Cause I was really just meditating on what is going on? I'm so tired of this. And I heard a double-mindeness.. So it led me to hear and I'm watching and listening. And I do believe the Lord's growing me up. And I don't want to go back-and-forth like a yo. Yo anymore. I want to be fully committed. God knows and when I wake up sometimes in the morning it's like full on attack. Sometimes it's not as heavy and sometimes it's just there. The faith on something the Lord showed me Pertaining to his will in my life. And I know this is a part of growing. Why am I writing all this? I don't know. I know asking for prayer is good. So I will ask for that and I already asked of the Lord too for deliverance from this because I know this is a part of the journey that needs to go so I can mature. But knowing it and doing it are 2 different things. I need prayer that I apply it with the strength of the Lord and me to do it. And to stop going back-and-forth because I know God does not lie. It may be part of it as pride which I don't want at all. Anyway, God bless all of you and. All who are watching that are going through the same type of. Part of this journey. May we all seek the Lord and may we all get delivered from this nonsense.. Because I don't want to be double-minded any more. And I have to be honest. That's how I've been acting for many years. Just want to be done with this. I want full commitment. No matter what happens. Anybody's reading these things for taking the time.
Thank you very much Pastor for being obedient to the word of God. Everything just described my life the past weeks/months. Constantly being indecisive in EVERYTHING. I need to seek God for help and deliverance that’s for sure right now. And also, I believe that a certain type of trauma that has caused a double mind is true. I remember a teacher telling me very discouraging words and till now I still feel the hurt of my soul thinking about it and constantly being demotivated to do anything. I have to let go of the past and what has been said to me. I pray for everyone who struggles with double mindedness shall be set free through the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus mighty name, Amen 🙏 ❤.
Thank you for exposing this spirit because I have been held captive of it for many years now and I need and want deliverance. This spirit has taken control of my life through spiritual wounds I’m still battling with in my family and I’m tired of it. I’m asking that you all (The children of Jesus Christ) come into agreement with me to cast out this demonic spirit attached to me and I’ll do the same for you, Jesus’ name 🙏🏽 Amen
Amen, I pray that my friend be delivered from double mindedness. He has a wounded soul. He cannot commit, and he is indecive in all.his ways. Father, I pray your will for his life. Ouch, but also thanks for validating all the forms of abuse that caused us to be wounded. How do we get rid of this? I just realized this is the biggest need in my deliverance journey which is blocking me from my blessings from YHWH through Yahushua. Wow 😢

Thank you Man of God for this word. Gods timing is everything. This was a major Kingdom key to this new season, and I recieved it as soon as I heard it. 1Corinthians 3:6-8. There are planters, those who water and God gives the increase. However in the end God/ Christ is to be Glorified.
I can't stand it. I'm double-minded and unstable in ALL my ways. I PRAY. I PRAAAAAAY!!!!!!! I O hear from God. Lately it is very difficult to discern God's guidance. I KNOW I'm double-minded and I don't know how to be set FREEEE.
I’m double minded also, you can only break free with the word of God embedded in your heart, fasting and praying and being really intentional. I know the word of God has to be in your heart bc I received a dream telling me to put on the full armour of God& I’ve struggled and gone back to square one. You must be intentional you must read the bible and remember it like your favourite song and you must use your free will to do right
Oh lord deliver us all that have this spirit. Bring us out of this horrible spirit..if we could change it ourselves, we would of done it by now. Your word says that a double mindness person is unstable in all of their ways. Please deliver, please deliver us from All evil. Then we can truly share with others what you have done. So in the midst of this confusion, we call and cry out to Jesus. To save and deliver us. Set us free so that we can be about kingdom business for the rest of our lives.

Double minded people has always irritated me. Especially in the body of Christ. It is nauseating for me. I cannot believe how prolific it is. It should not be tolerated.
