Yeah bro, I totally agree with this video. I didn’t write a review, but I think should 😆 I ordered on 27th of November and got the jacket on 10th of January. The jacket was supposed to keep me warm the whole winter but it did for only two months… In the first few weeks I didn’t get any apology email or anything else from Trapstar. Gladly they answered to my email but the respond didn’t really help. It’s truly a shame for such a brand, I will overthink next time I wanna buy something from them. But anyways in the theory a GOAT brand and I rate them still.

My personal experience with trapstar is nothing like this, I'm baffled. I've ordered a few bits, different times since one year ago and nothing like this has ever happened, in a period of a week I received all my orders. I'm not from the UK btw, I don't know if that is the problem. Although I can say their customer service is trash, they never reply it's true. I'm sad for all of these people, they be scamming big money for no reason lol
