The place where Waiyaki Way meets the Southern and Western bypasses is called Gitaru which technically is in Kabete. But I think you can still call it Kikuyu since Kikuyu town is a stone's throw away and Gitaru was previously in Kikuyu constituency. Great video as always and great shots by Josh 🔥🔥
I started appreciating our beloved city when my friends from UG came for Christmas back in 2019 ,, their reactions made me so proud , especially when we drove through Thika rd ,, vichwa zilikataa kurudi ndani ya gari 😂😂😂
Best video so far of the express-way and the Waiyaki way expansion. The drone shots are amazing showing the difference between veterans and Johnny-come - latelies.
True! Johnny_come_lates also speak too much unnecessarily while shooting, cringe conversations. AT&Josh do the best job. Their entire video collection of different zones in Kenya! 👍🏾🔥
Amazing progress.I haven't been in Nairobi for over s a year and your videos have been great showing the progress and I must admit that Nairobi is changing really fast
As i told you, if i finish like 3days without seeing A.Ts new video i feel Mathogothanio... no wonder i had to ask him to upload atleast 1💪💪💪💪 now am ok kabisaaa
@@levimaina3629 You have it twisted mate, it's just a name and doesn't mean much. GTC is a property of Aviation Industry Corporation of China - AVIC, and stands for Global Trade Centre. It's just christened that name which doesn't mean much anyway.
@@GanymedeAxis But it's a MASTERPIECE, we can DIFFER on that. But the FACT remains it's one of a KIND, that's a CITY within a CITY. The GLOBAL TRADE CENTRE means a lot to a lot of KENYANS, mybe not you.
The problem is that they didn't include an island in that stretch. The islands can then be converted to BRT stations as in Thika road. I thought that it would be prudent to construct the BRT stations from the get-go, instead of doing it later at an additional cost while interfering with traffic.
@@calvoh9715 The BRT should operate on the inside lanes to avoid lane jogging, which would interfere with traffic flow on the outside lanes causing snarl-ups. That's the whole idea of providing space in-between the lanes to construct a terminus that's specific to the BRT buses. You could check the BRT in Dar e Salaam.
This is EPIC best drone footage of nairobi express way personally I think after the expansion of waiyaki way we should just call it nairobi express way upto rironi now remember the French company is soon going to start expansion of rironi mau summit Road in the next 5 years kenya will have some of the best roads in Africa ...Well should I say that in infrastructure this gorvernment has got it right ✅...Well depends on how you look at it but I think it has delivered ...simple question how did you manage to fly that drone such a huge distance ?
I see alot of you guys enjoyed the drone shots , all I can say is thank you for watching and don't forget to hit the like button 😁 also hit my picture 👈🏾 to pay me a visit
You really do some amazing work!!!!....cant wait to see the gitaru rironi section (concrete)....i guess the muthiga gitaru section has been their bighest headache....all that filling must have been some pain staking work.
Having just returned to the US from your very fine city yesterday after spending two incredible weeks there in the Westlands area, I experienced the traffic impacts of the freeway construction. I have grown in my respect for your driving skills, particularly given the need to narrate the video.
It's our hope that street lights ruleswill be mandatory and adhered to in Kenya. It's just a good thing that portrays organized and discipline amongst citizens of a country
Always beautiful when an African is telling our African story... Watched another video talking of the same place from a western media house , and you could hear the condescending tone of the narrator , plus he was concentrating more on showing " the poverty and suffering of Africans " Good job bro , keep up.
Nzuri! Keep rolling. Thanks for updating the road project, I guess another 5/6 months to finish. Any video at Kijabe, I have been told great views of the Rift Valley from there.
People from Regen and Rungiri will be wondering why they didn't feature in the video, kumbe they were all classified as Muthiga! awsome content. I like the fact that you're getting recognition and I hope more endorsements will be coming your way.
When it comes to roads and developments you are a legend... you see the numbers in just one week...? Good work bro.. i have been away since 2018 coming back this August.. your channel has kept me abreast on the happenings...
You know how to do it,kudos, wengine wanashinda kwa footbridge wakituonyesha shimo sijui ni ya mdudu gani🤣🤣🤣🤣but we understand, you're the only one who can show us Kanairo perfectly
