Bangladesh can request India too. We will be eager to help but i personally dont think is the reason. The curator is instructed to make a Khadda (turning pitch) which turns from day one. These turning tracks will hinder the development of pacemen in Bangladesh and this will result in extra pressure on their batsmen. This has been going on for years.
