Defence was torn apart, woeful.

Defence too high up making it easy to thread balls through. Happened far too often there. Still, those pressing up top may not have cracked it yet.

Defence way too slow - need a replacement for Balker. Maxwell seems to let a lot of soft goals in - if Nicholls leaves we'll need a new number 1 for sure. Striker to share the goal scoring duties with Healey too.

Yeah with Balker out we desperately need a new cb. Not enough pace

Our players are not fast enough or good enough to ‘throw caution to the winds’. A reminder, if any were needed why all our managers - including Wagner played defensive football. If Kev wants open flowing football he needs to sign pacy defenders and at least one reliable goal scorer. Until then we need to have far more defenders on duty than in these highlights.
