Ismael best coachs in the World, Watford choose the right coach to be in top 2 or 6 this season, and can build a base to next years of Watford. He make miracles in all clubs, his teams are so intense, want to get the ball, well organized, but is just not the tatic, is great on lidership and motivation too, for me top 5, 10 coachs for sure, i know what i´m talking about. He made a game with my Sporting on Europa League, was in LASK, was the best game i see a small team made with my club, we win 2-1, but LASK could win 5 or 6, was so impressive all game, my Sporting can´t go out of area, win, because have better players and Bruno Fernandes, but his team was incredible. He was te coach more close to catch austrian title to Salzburg, 1º place on regular phase, on playoffs, the things don´t went so well. On Barnsley make the best job I see in Championship, Barnsley is a small club, was in relegation, he went in November and end league in 5º place, on playoffs, was incredible. On WBA and Besiktas, he make the best he could, but are 2 clubs ungovernable, with no strategy, no organization, is impossible to have sucess, see the many coachs this 2 have, no one make better or equal than Ismael. WBA is on middle table, fired Ismael on 5º place, Besiktas was 1º in first games with him, fired because was 3º or 4º place, on 3 or 4 points to 1º, end 3º place with other coach, but with more buys in January, and it´s more easy development a team, with more time, the beggin is always the most hard work for a coach. Is very similar to Amorim of my Sporting, don´t know if he continues to use 3 def, but he is great on 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-3.
I’m a wba fan and was there at all the home games when Ishmael was in charge . We started exactly the same way as Watford did with a 4-0 win over Sheff U. Believe me when I say it won’t take long until teams figure out if you break the press then you can easily score against an Ishmael side. You will see 🤷🏻♂️
As a Beşiktaş fan, I say that you are absolutely right. Problems of club organization, unsuccessful management etc. The club forced Ismael out of the classic game plan to play 4 defenders. They pressed for the starting eleven plays to market the young goalkeeper, who had a tragic 50 percent save rate in the first 8 weeks. Even in this state, Beşiktaş was the team that gave the least goal expectation during the time it was the leader. Beşiktaş was finding a goal in the set ball organization every match. Every first half, they took the lead by 3-4 margins. I think Ismael has a great training program. Passionate and hardworking. He has great charisma. I hope he will be a successful coach.
A great performance from the boys, chemistry between the players was there which we haven’t seen in the last couple of years. Every player wanted the ball and utilised their space on the pitch to the fullest. Louza was a joy to watch, easily our best player out there so need to have him fit as much as possible 🐝🐝 however, QPR’s performance was abysmal so don’t expect this performance every game but if we keep that level of consistency throughout the season then every game will be tough for the opposition. On to Plymouth 👌🐝🐝🐝
Looking good Watford , completely played QPR OFF THE PARK . As a QPR fan I am worried. First goal defender fast asleep ,and left for dead [basics] , and was all down hill from there.
