Thanks very good lecture,but if we have a case with tendon loss at both zone 3 and 4 ,what is your plan for chronic case?

What should I do I cut my finger with a piece of glass just below my knuckle where the central slip is to just above it.....I bandaged it up I thought it would be a a cut but I have pain during the elson's test pushing up sometimes it goes away when I get a rest but when I exercise it and stretch it it starts to hurt

can boutonier happen because of elongated tendon or is it 100% broken?

Sir is there anything to worry about if the swelling persist even after one month post extensor tendon repair on zone.The injury was actually crush injury and tuere was no fracture only extensor tendon rapture at zone 4
