This crispy chicken is amazing and my kids' favorite. The cooking time is so short that you can make this chicken with fewer ingredients and in less time.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- oil for frying
Cooking time 30 mins
For marination:
-2 tablespoons chili sauce
-2 tablespoons ketchup
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp red chili
-1 packet noodles spices
-1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
Fir coating:
-1+1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp red chili
-1/2 tsp haldi
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Fry for 8 to 10 mins on medium flame
