Excellent video again! I do my own sets of cadence intervals - the scenery is inspiring! Right now my limit is 2 hours on my bike & trainer - lost 17 pounds since beginning of December with the help of your videos. I even found myself slowing and leaning into some of the downhill curves :-) . Thanks again!

GREAT RIDE- GREAT VIDEO - Unfortunately I only lasted 60 minutes - Next time I will start 30-40 minutes into the ride so I include at least a little of the descent for myself. A heck of a climb for me. Great music too. WELL DONE !!

Finally finished the ride ...over 4 sessions on stationary bike...not something I usually enjoy but actually looked forward to each increment. Particularly enjoyed the downhill and the nice touch at the ending. Thanks again for sharing. Btw is there a way to provide a link to a map showing where the route is? Not sure I could ever do it but would be nice to add to the bucket list just in case...

Hello, Hotel Vinschgerhof is located directly on the route and on the bike path to Lake Garda or Passo Stelvio. The hotel is suitable for bike and hiking tours in the region. We would like to go back to the hotel in September, as food and drink was excelent ;-)
