Extracting my Wisdom Teeth - Before, During & After 

My very vulnerable vlog of my wisdom teeth extraction as an anxious dental student. I extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth - both upper wisdom teeth were straightforward extractions and the lower right tooth was a surgical extraction. I was so scared!! I had a traumatic experience when I previously surgically extracted my lower left wisdom tooth in 2018 at another dentist so I was dreading this round of extractions... This time, I knew exactly how the procedure was going to be like (from my dental school knowledge), which didn't help because I knew which parts were going to be unpleasant. Thankfully, the dentist who did my extractions was super efficient, skillful and kind. I felt like I was in safe hands and that put me completely at ease.
The post-op healing period was the worst part, because that's when I had to just rough it out and manage the pain and swelling at home. The first 3-4 days were the worst but things got significantly better after. I'm SO glad that I'm finally done removing all my wisdom teeth. Never again!!!
