Cóndor Machay is the name of a waterfall in the Chillos Valley, it is a name that the owner of the product chose in commemoration of the reminders of his childhood.

Almost 3 years in the market, the idea was born as a family venture, first we were producing craft beer, but due to the competition that exists in the market, the production of wine is promoted since it is a registered trademark: “Vino Cóndor Machay”, This is how these wines are born, which are currently very well received in the Valle de los Chillos and now in some provinces of our beautiful Ecuador.
In the Andean moors of Ecuador a culinary treasure is kept that has not been exploited as it deserves. It is a fruit that colors the fields with lilac and purple tones, which combines perfectly in savory and sweet preparations: the mortiño, traditionally known as the "pearl of the Andes".
