Usually an extra Differential is more of a hinderance in most terrain. These diffs. Articulate well enough independently from each other that the rig works very well. Good job making that's extra drive shaft functional with all the suspension travel wasn't an easy task I'm sure.

Very well done G Wagon and holy cow is that buggy capable! Did you use mostly Mercedes parts as in the engine and trans? Can you diff lock the axles? That being able to steer the rear axle is amazing how that effects the entire vehicle. You put a lot of thought and engineering into this vehicle and it shows. Very well done!

I still don't see the advantage over a four wheel drive. You can see every time they got stuck they cut to a different scene. And they didn't show the other 4 wheel drive vehicles that got through the trail easily. It's a nice gimmick but not very practical and the video was edited to give a false impression. Pass.
