It must have been quite undercooked which is weird, Niko’s pizza was overcooked and Gibs was undercooked despite Gib putting it in way earlier, if only Gib had increased the temperature of the oven they would have won
As someone that’s been a chef for the past 8 years, I would have picked nikos pizza every day of the week. They had to put the temp up because of the chicken and time limit, but he cooked it as a thin crust. Id much rather have a slightly over done thin crust than an undercooked thick crust pizza, wouldn’t you?
