Come see this EXTREME BEDROOM RENOVATION! We built a small ensuite from a corner of our bedroom and we're sharing our entire small bathroom remodel!
We did all of the work ourselves for this bathroom makeover and tackled a ton of DIY projects, including a DIY IKEA vanity hack, a wood ceiling, and some floating shelves! Plus we're sharing the entire budget breakdown so you can see exactly what we spent!

@@lexc.7991 the tile was manufactured by an Italian company called FAP ceramiche! We had a local tile store we bought it from, so you’ll have to inquire to find someone who sells it near you.

What about the epoxy grout? It was not in the list of products either. There are so many mixed reviews about it that if you used one and worked well for you, I'd rather try that.

@@G-P-E-N we used Kiesel's Okapox royal epoxy grout. We use this product on most of our wet area jobs (Showers, bathrooms floors, mud rooms, entrances, high traffic areas, etc.). Although this year have had some supply issues due to COVID. I haven't had any issues to date with using it as long as you have the proper cleaning products and sponges).

I love the vision that you had. Honestly I couldn't see it prior to starting but it turned out beautiful & you truly maximized every square inch of space in a very tactful & glamorous way. I'm trying to pick my favorite feature but honestly I can't. I LOVE the 3D tile & how it gives such a bold yet subtle, classy statement, I LOVE how the shower ceiling turned out also, BRILLIANT! I love the feel it gives of real wood warm feel in such an all white space. And you guys ROCKED out the vanity front! Love, love, love that also! The floor tiles just bring everything together with the black faucet & shower head. LOVE the niches you incorporated to maximize the space (the wife DEFINITELY was thinking ahead on those 😘) & even the "pricey" medicine cabinet looks beautiful! Last but definitely not least, I LOVE the leather touches in this space also. You didn't go overboard but still made a statement with it & it looks gorgeous! I also love the shelves. Great job! Did I mention that I LOVE EVERYTHING about this reno? LOL Are you going to leave it as an open shower? (No door/curtain) I was wondering if you are (& it looks beautiful that way especially being a smaller space) have you had any issues with water getting other things in the bathroom wet? GREAT JOB! My husband is a plumber & election as well as a carpenter (& everything else thank goodness) & you guys remind me so much of us. We do jobs together all of the time! We have been hired to do complete home renovations & we've said so many times "if our marriage survived those reno's it can survive ANYTHING!" LOL we've been happily married for 17yrs & we still get excited to incorporate our ideas into other people's homes & the fact that they entrust us to do so just pushes us to always go above & beyond. In all of the years of owning our own business having our clients pass our name & number around to friends & family is the best compliment ever! I'm so glad I stumbled upon you guys this morning! Looking forward to binge watching your channel.

We did install an exhaust fan - it’s above the toilet (you can see in some scans), we just didn’t share that install cause we did it ourselves.

Love the shower tile. And the draw fronts. Keeping the room bright really helps to make the room look bigger. And the shower ceiling really draws the eye up making it look tall. ❤️

Great job guys! It would be cool to know how much value add you put in the property post remodel? I don’t know how you would determine that though to be honest. The tile makes this bathroom and the white gives it more space optically, the rain shower is bomb and so is the sink faucet!

This is amazing. Well done. Your design style is so elegant. In Australia we can’t do things like electrical and plumbing ourselves, we have to use certified professionals and it adds thousands to the budgets, like tens of thousands. Doing a bathroom for less than 20,000 here is unheard of.
