I had intensions of waiting until your project was complete and then binge watch the entire process. But, NO I have to watch every day to get my fix LOL
Tip for you guys, seal around your lights on the outside. Major reason walls rot out. Water seeps behind them and in the hole in the metal into the inside of the wall. Most overlooked area on a camper.
I love watching them work together. My husband and I can't do that. We've been married 35 years and still can't work together. LOL. The moral of the story: Don't give up on your marriage if everything isn't perfect.
Its totally easy to like you. Always smiling, laughing and you've made me laugh. I'm new to your channel and rarely comment on my subscriptions but you two are an exception. I enjoy your content and appreciate your videos.
I'm a camping and camper person, my family was doing it since I remember. I can highly recommend not to do closed shoe storage. So a curtain to hide mess but so dirty shoes can breath. I would recommend shower curtain, you can take it off and wash or just clean with cloth
A flip up seat is a great idea, but you also need a flip up back on the bench you've already made beside the cupboards. That will give you access to that awkward space to store things like folding chairs etc. EDITED TO ADD: Elisha, you are a paintaholic. Love it.
You guys are the most amazing, loving couple. I love love watching you, it makes me smile, and makes me forget all the saddness that we are encountering in the world. Thank you so much for sharing a happy, hardworking life that has so much love.
Love that you are teaching your boys how to help with the build, they are so well behaved. You can tell that you are a very loving family and you bring joy to this watching experience. Thanks again
I'm glad you are going with the bench with no back, it will feel more open & still provide the same purpose & I think it will be nicer for Dayton & Chase to be able to see each other & talk before they fall asleep
I live on Ensure and never have an appetite, but now I want french toast. Thank you English family for giving such a wonderful example of working together!
Thank you for letting us live vicariously through you! I love watching people renovate old campers and breathe new life into them! During this time it’s really nice to have something to look forward to such as your daily videos! Every time I see a new one has been put up I utter a quiet, “Yes!” Thank you again!
Can I just tell you how refreshing your are? In this time of social distance while thinking of our (probably) recession future .... you are creating this trailer as your home away from home, while the likes of me look at that at it as our possible futures as the government haven’t thought about our generation hitting retirement age from our rentals. Pensions don’t cover current rent rates, so trailers could be the way to our futures. Personally, I don’t hav many needs, once my dogs, as well as my craft materials, fit. My inspiration is your feed. Delighted to see you hop into my notices every day. Be well!
Great job guys! My family and I are closing on our first house tomorrow and even tho your up dating a camper these videos are getting me excited to make our house ours with updates to our style. Also nice to see your happy family in such a crazy historic time.. Congratulations on your family fun mobile to make great memories! Keep the videos coming! Writing from deep in the mountains of Colorado 💜
I personally like the white frames. I think it will look so clean with that choice. You guys are so cute together, and are really keeping my spirits up, so thank you 🤗 I look forward to watching everyday! Tyfs your camper journey, it's alot of fun Natalie 🌷🤗😊🌼
I love the idea of the bench with no back by the door. Whoever suggested that is brilliant! Adding the shoe storage underneath is another brilliant idea. I don't blame your son for thinking practical about the smell of stinky shoes under his bed. I had to laugh too, but he had a valid point. I also like how you took the time to explain your plans with him and got him excited about his new bed. What great parents you two are! 💗 Keep the videos coming. I too look forward to watching them.
I've been watching for a while. I have liked your spirit and joy of doing what you enjoy. It's even better that your husband has joined you in front of camera.
Your enthusiasm is so contagious! I love that the boys are included with the transformation, this is something they will remember forever. Stay safe and keep on having fun as a family!
What lifetime memories you are creating for your boys! We have 3 boys of our own, took them camping as babies, and into their teens, including them in all the projects we had too! Now the next generation of fun, with the grandchildren! Love watching you and your family, Bless you all!
It is fun listening to the two of you laughing and working together! Glad you chose a bench without a back on the other side! Love the BoHo look you are going for! God bless y’all and stay safe and healthy!
Yes daily vlogs keep spirits high, but both you and your boys' joy and ambition making a place to share memories and love for years to come is really the peak of the mountain. It's so refreshing to see smiling faces and belly laughs. Thank you!
Our kids are grown but still love to camp with us.Now we are teaching our Grand kids to camp and they love it.Some of our best times over the years has been RVing.
Haven't had french toast in years. I'll be there for breakfast!! Just had some smoothies there with frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, fresh banana, apple, pear, more berries, handful spinach, beetroot and raw cacao powder! Aw man. So tasty and so healthy. Tomorrow I'm adding avo as well. Kids didn't even know they were drinking veg!
Hello from Michigan!😊 I too remodeled a vintage RV and I know how exciting, tiring and how it's soooooo worth it in the end. My RV is a 1978 22' class c. I gutted the entire thing right down to the frame and rebuilt it over a 3 yr period. With help from my husband doing the new wiring and plumbing, floors, new bathroom and mechanical work I will take my first adventure once this country resumes signs of normality 🤷♀️There's nothing like being in your tiny home when your away from home. Best of luck to you and I hope you make tons of wonderful memories. It's looking great and I'm looking forward to seeing the finale!😊
Thank you for loving me. Thank you for saying it in every video. Thank you for letting all of us being a part of your daily project. Thank you for being appreciative, happy, funny, super creative and just so amazing all the time! keep up your great work ! I love the serie and I am always looking forward to see what you have accomplished on the camper ! Can’t wait for your next video :)
Just in case the kitchen window net/screens cant be taken off for cleaning, a lint roller does wonders picking up all the dirt, bugs and cobwebs off of them :D I love your channel so so much and this series is everything, especially because for the longest time ever I've been thinking about redoing one of these or doing something with a shipping container. Keep up the great work guys, it is so great to see a whole family having fun with this one
I'm loving this series! Your whole family is so cute and it's definitely making my day as I'm stuck in my NYC apartment. Thanks so much for all your content!
My bb girl is riding this out in Queens! She is fine but I still have to check on her every day. I'll think of you when I check on her. Good thoughts from Indiana!
I try not to watch mine until late. The anticipation. Stay safe. I would live in a camper but my husband is a musician and he needs his own room for all his equipment.
Love watching you guys. Love Phillip's smile! I don't know how large the people in your extended family are, but I'd bulk the benches up a little more. Kids have a tendency to plop instead of gently sitting down. At least a upright in the center of each bench to stabilize. Always wanted a camper so I'm eagerly looking to the finished product!
The first video of yours I watched was one where you went to the dump. I've been watching you ever since. I love your creativity and positivity. Your camper renovation is great! I think you have gotten all of your viewers just as excited as yourselves to see the finished project!
Great progress guys, love the idea of no pony wall behind the bench, it offers more seating facing other direction and with a more open feel ,great call.I’m now seeing your vision for a clean seamless look on the outside, especially when you painted the window frame white and pulled a bit of tape off above the black..... I also think it’s great that your involving the boys in the way that you have . Tell your son that if the shoes get to stinky under the bed that you’ll buy those wonderful Odor Eaters for all shoes worn .LOL .Thanks for sharing. Stay well.🌷🌷
This series is inspiring because me and my 4 year old are trying to get out of an abusive relationship and have a camper that is being given to us but has so much work needing to be done and all of this gives me motivation to what all i plan to do with it❤
Enjoy watching your love for each other, it’s so refreshing. Love the bottom cabinet color. If your French toast is homemade would love a video on you making them or just share the recipe.
You guys have a beautiful family...and I love how you are giving your boys an oppurtunity to help build. Well done! Love watching your transformation ❤🇨🇦❤
I can’t believe you post everyday, but I sure am glad! I thought of Elysia when I was painting the steps going down to my basement; she loves to paint and I don’t!
You look good in both Elysia. But yeah, jeans who? You should paint eyes on the front window shield. Long lashes🤣 Hello boys! You do a great job helping your parents.
Thank you for the daily uploads, they are really keeping me distracted from all the other stuff going on right now. My hubby is in logistics so he is still working because well stores and such need supplies. So this is awesome to watch while he is away. Stay safe, take care and see you tomorrow.
PLEASE! Don't ignore the awesome space behind the kitchen table seat with the back...the one under the front window. There is so much space there and you will not regret making it accessible for storage. Make a flip up, or fold up door to act as the back to that seat. Oh, and a shelf in the shoe space will allow for more shoes (think vertical). Maybe leave a space on one side open for taller boots. My family had a pop-up camper for about 21 years. The kids have grown now and my husband and I just upgraded to a new-ish 27 ft. pull behind trailer. It is awesome. I can just so relate to your journey, as our first camper was a real fixer-upper too. It gave us so many great years of family time though. You will never regret getting this trailer. I stumbled on your channel about a week ago and have been watching every day to see how you progress. I also watched you story today and applaud you for your positive outlook on a difficult journey, and your determination to make your family priority number 1. Keep up the good work. You are a great example of what can be done when you put you mind to it and just get it done...in spite of any obstacle thrown at you. Thank you for being an inspiration to us all.
How smart is your son?!! He's so right who wants stinkin shoes in the bed, especially if they are wet! He's brilliant!! BTW Elysia, I love your hairrrrrr!!
Am over in Nottingham Uk I’ve watched your vlogs for a while and love them all enjoying this new journey you are on and great you can get the whole family involved can’t wait to see it finished xx
Zoe I'm from Bolton Lancashire I've really enjoyed watching the English family doing work on there camper. Totally love Elishas trash to treasure ideas. She has inspired me to do a few projects myself at home during this madness of a lockdown. X
Looks amazing already! Have you thought about making it sliding doors for the storage compartments? Saves room when opening. And you could still create a foldable backrest for the bench if you miss it. Fold away when you use the bench facing to the living area. Keep on the good work, it's loads of fun to watch! :o)
I love the idea of the sliding door for the shoes. The no back will open the area beautifully. Thank you, you were a calming thing for me this morning. I'm in the hospital parking lot because I can't go in the ER with my daughter. So you both have me some comfort.💕💕💕💕
I Love watching your videos! It’s awesome to watch you joke and have fun while working on your camper. I look forward to watching your videos everyday.
