There is such an opportunity to speak more about mental health here instead of skimming the surface. I admit I was super snarky in the announcement video but it’s clear that mom and dad are more relaxed and that there is a reason for this vacation. I wish RU-vid moms would be more real. It’s in the little passing comments that everyone is picking up on this being a vacation. Why not take the opportunity to truly help other moms who are also suffering with mental health issues that are magnified by the pandemic. I am lucky enough to have an amazing support system even from afar but not everyone is. That’s what turns me off about all of this

I’m glad you have a great support system. I am not calling this a vacation because it’s not a vacation. I’ve worked nearly every day since being here, so has Adam, our kids are going to school here, so that’s not a vacation to me. It would be a lie to call it that. And I’m pretty sure anyone who has been in isolation due to covid or had any sort of negative life repercussions due to covid has had their mental health negatively impacted. We needed a change because 2020 was not how we wanted to live our life. I don’t understand the extreme scrutiny or the “be more real” and the lies being made up. We moved to Hawaii because we wanted our family to be happy. And I wish the same for everyone watching that you are inspired and motivated to do whatever you need to do to make yourself and your family happier. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@@BriannaK I appreciate your response. You have still been referring to Ohio as home and it just seems like something is going on. I would never assume that rumors are true about anyone but I am not the only one thinking something is off. At the end of the day if we are wrong I am sure you don’t care what we think. But I can already see what’s coming. I wish I could escape Ohio for the winter too trust me! But this isn’t the way to do damage control. The truth would be the better way. Even still best wishes.

I really enjoy seeing you so happy, almost got me teary eyed😌. I can't imagine living in a cold weather anymore. Lived in Europe for 15 years, had my kids there. But 14 years ago we moved back home to Suriname, a beautiful tropical country in South America. It's not perfect (economic crises AND covid, but at least the sun shines and the birds sing. I am blessed🙏🏼

I would assume because Presley and Landon have similar sleeping schedules. When you have a newborn sharing your master you have to be quiet everytime they sleep.

I'd love this as a rental what a great getaway. She most likely left doggie behind because of the strict animal rules in Hawaii. You have to pass all the tests and then fly your pets in.

I love seeing the views, the tall glass windows and the outside in general. I grew up on an island and have fond memories of my childhood, this is perfect for the kids whether is temporary or permanent. Nothing in life is permanent as far as I'm concern.

We use dawn powerwash on our bugs that end up on our van! It really helps with washing our vehicles! Its like they melt off!

Looks like you and the ‘ohana have truly embraced island life. Hard not to on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The town is pretty cool too, lots to offer. We feel really safe shopping there and eating out every once in a while if you want to explore. They are even doing some family friendly drive-in movies in a nearby church parking lot if you want to check that out. Enjoy!

@@Catherine_Anne she has said several times in videos and on Instagram that it’s a rental. Renting for 3 months while they look for something else and figure it out. I don’t understand how people skip over that part and just focus on the fact that she may call it their home. For now it is. It would be different if she never said it was a rental but she has made that pretty clear.

Love this ! I love Hawaii my daughters grandparents live on Honolulu ! I’ve been going out for years , I’m 47 my daughter is 25 and has been going out there since she was young and now my grandson is 7 has out been out there every year since he has been born ‘ ! Hawaii is my stress free place myself and my daughter feel our Best out there ! I’m so very happy for you ! This is a brand new chapter or you and your adorable children and husband! Hi Brianna, it’s not safe to use the same cutting board for vegetables and meat together. You have to use separate cutting boards!!!

If you are fully cooking the veggies and fruits then it doesn’t matter. But yes if you plan to eat the fruit and veggies raw then that would be a huge food poisoning issue :)
