Would be best to not get a shit ton of cheap clothes , and better to minimize and purchase long lasting quality pieces in replace of the illegal labor clothes from shein and such.

@KerinaWang I found that doing a seasonal clean out helps. This could be for any category in the house. This way you know you are at least making some progress 4 times a year. Lol. I use to have 3 dressers, two totes and a closet stuffed with clothes. I donated 12 bags last year. Some was from my pregnancy 2017. I changed from xl to xs. I felt like a hoarder to. 😅 I took shut down time (2020) to clean my house. I am still working on it. For my closet I am getting rid of my dresser, I like shelves and hanging clothes up. It's reduces clutter. I cleared seasonal/home decor out to. Decluttering is nice because you can focus energy elsewhere
I did my closet at the start of covid-19. I had so many things that didn't work for me and i was very sad and depressed just opening my closet. I had my best friends and my daughter help and it was so freeing and now I'm so much happier! Love from Bermuda!

I just recently spent over a GRAND on all new clothes. Bought a ton. All from Ross, Marshalls, and tj maxx. All staple pieces. I had very little clothes
I definitely like to hang all my clothes. If something is stuffed in a drawer, it doesn't exist for me. I have to be able to see everything. You did a great job of decluttering.
You have so many clothes. I get that you are into fasion. I already think the space me and my bf use for clothes is too much. Trying to get more efficient pieces and knowing when I pring in a themporary piece. Also trying the one in one out rule.
Maybe you’ll genuinely would love to have less clothes but this is your job/passion so you have to keep so many items for references ! Your closet is like a museum ❤

I did this on my birthday. Lazy selling but took out a lot of stuff that I don't use or don't like anymore and box them to send to the Philippines for someone to use it. Not giving away any worn out clothes. I don't have as much as my husband does in our closet. He owns 80% 😂 I have a rule, 1 in, 2 out -- this goes for him. Mine is 1 in, 1 out 😂😂😂
I recently purged my Spring/Summer closet. I was proud of myself for letting as much go as I did, but I feel I can do more. I have trouble letting go of shoes. I didn't even start that task yet.

I feel like I’m always declutterring my closet. I literally filled 15 trash bags of clothes to donate last year.. and this year I had 4 more. Why?! I literally recycle the same 8 outfits now. Your wardrobes reminds me of my mom's, she has sooo many clothes lol 😂 she's a collector. I also like, but I tend to get overwhelmed by a lot of clothes, like when you eat too much sweets and you feel sick 😩 but your dresses are sooo pretty 😍
