Check out the "heavy press videos" there's a video on RU-vid explaining how America got it's heavy presses and what they are used for, they were originally designed ( heavy press is like 50,000 tons or greater of force) for airplane production by the Germans in ww2. Americans have used them for planes, the ISS, space crafts and I do believe some ships aswell

I worked in a metal factory right out of high school. Left because a guy right before I came had lost a thumb, and then my friend almost got killed by human error. A guy didn't secure a pallet of metal sheets and it fell from a ceiling crane right next to him. Shook the building. He would've died. I was like, nope. I'm not gonna die at twenty for a hard labor minimum wage job filled with ex cons. Went and worked for Sonic Drive-in instead xD

Each one varies but most times you see forging this size it's for extremely large earth moving machinery or parts for presses the reason that the parts are so heavy and bulky is do to the amount of machining it's going to get or not get because this type of work can and will cause cracks to form in the finish product and with a crack you'll have failure so they either make it way to big to handle the stress or to big to make sure it's got enough stock to be removed to get rid of any cracks formed

There's Self-Healing Concrete, 3D Graphene, Aerographite, Laminated Timber, Modular Bamboo, Transparent Aluminum, Translucent Wood, Light-Generating Concrete, Microbial Cellulose, Aluminum Foam, Nanocrystal, Wool Brick, Hydroceramics, Biochar, and Invisible Solar Cells. And these are just a small list of building materials for the future in the works, or are already being utilized. I think in the next 50-100 years, there will be fewer and fewer reasons to use Steel. But it will never go away completely. We'll just see less of it. That's progress my friend.

||100,000t Mechanical Press||. There's been designed a mechanical (not hydraulic) press machine, at least 100,000t. It's been designed by the elderly inventor all alone. The innovation uses the inventor's know-how, invention and great engineering experience in the field. Do you think they say:"Wow! I want that press machine at any cost!" ?! The cost is quite definite, by the way. Don’t you feel the irony of the moment? We’ve left the stone age, just now, for the age of the regular space flights! The 100,000t press machine is the hallmark of the new era....But they don't seem to burst into tears, in great excitement, and to start promoting the project. If you'd like or know-how to support the inventor and his project, please contact me.

BOAH NATION they manage to do the job well enough in England Europe and the USA it’s pure lack of care from the company that has them not being protected in a forge you have bits of slag that are black not glowing at all but still be 1000 degrees plus you if they are casting you hav liquid steel at 1400C 2750F for Americans splashing around like water in the Chinese factory the workers there had straw hats tee shirts and jeans with sandles , I had did see accidents including one poor guy who was killed PPE can be a pain but it saves lives.

@@philcore Shit, I make 2.5g a month off this covid unemployment and don't have to be harlot to do it. I hope she is intelligent enough to save that..... She'll be out of work by 40, and better have been smart with it. Social security isn't what I call making a living. Or 5g a month. 10 grand a month is about "middle class".
@philcore

@@herpnderpn2484 I would hardly label her as a harlot for selling pictures of her feet. The story isn't very recent and I would bet anything she is making triple that by now, especially as she is bringing more girls on to her website. Plus affilate marketing, this girl is smart. She could be slaving away at Cinnabon though. It is a business model that she could ride well into retirement. And if you think 40 is her expiration date, you truly have no understanding of the foot fetish community. Mature ladies do Very well. It was really just a retort to the satyrical comment "male privelage". It is beyond your comprehension and nothing that you would be able to be a part of anyway. If you are proud to be milking the system while the country goes bankrupt, then I just don't know what to say. How would a harlot be a worse human being than that anyway?
