One thing that I learned recently for decluttering and minimizing is to say to yourself about different items: "If it's not a definite yes, it's a no". This might help you with items you really question about keeping. For example, if you ask yourself, "do I need this thing?", and then you have to think about it instead of saying "Yes I need this!", you probably won't miss it if you got rid of it right then. So basically use to your necessity. 😊 Just some advice, it's not necessarily mandatory.

Never keep your room dirty dont leave clothes on the floor and dont be lazy on your room because if you keep your room dirty it attracts bugs to think since the room is dirty ita there home and i know this cause i had seena big roach and when i got up i stomped it so hard now i have my chlone with me because it has a strong smell and it will kill the bugs so now they can leave

if i find myself getting distracted i like to put my headphones in and listen to a podcast!! it kind of helps with “mindless cleaning” ig? focus on what the podcast is talking about while cleaning might help it be less boring. Orrr you could try cleaning in sections! spend each day on a different part of your room! you definitely don’t have to clean it all at once, plus it’ll give you more time and energy to focus on specific parts to clean

as someone with ADHD, it’s proven to help to have someone in the room with you, even if they aren’t helping it motivates you to keep going. Like a sibling or friend. For me I learned that listening to a podcast, or just a youtube video of someone else cleaning in the background can help too lol.

Ik this is kinda random but Cass from cluttering has really helped me bc my room used to get terrible but now it's a lot better bc Cass talks about organizing in the way you naturally do so it dosent get bad. I just thought I'd put that out there to help people get organized
