On mine all you have to do is clean the filter then press the clean filter button and the light will go off. Hope it helps ❤

Going through menopause I am always hot and I keep forgetting to clean the filter in my air conditioner too thank you for the reminder, Nia! And I agree anytime anything comes out of the dryer it smells so freshly clean and just love it too! Hope you have a great weekend! My husband cleans our filters once in the fall & once in the spring! He does clean another air filter, we have for allergies. Do you ever wash your pillows or at least the covers? If you've had colds & and allergies, things get into the pillows, too! Thanks for reminding me i need to wash our couch & recliner covers. The couch & recliner are old & seen better days. So just got a stretchy couch cover & stretchy recliner cover! They both work fine. Our doggie likes laying on it or ob top. We hardly use the couch. I can't get out of it. So I don't use it. But I want it to look nice & my recliner. My husband watches tv in his office or in bed! I like to watch tv in bed too! You really get to love your bed more & more as you get older & have aches & pains as we do! So thanks for sharing & reminding me to wash my covers! Take care! ♥️☺️🫂🦋🐾📓✏️🍄🎃🍁🌹✨️

Check your manual cuz you might have a filter that you do not usually clean you only clean once in awhile and it needs to be cleaned that's the filter they're talking about

My brother had the same issue. He called the manufacturer and they walked him through the issue. Just a malfunction.
