I absolutely adore how you keep it so real in all your videos. You’re very “what ya see is what ya get” and it makes watching your videos comforting and relatable. The yakisoba incinerating your tastebuds reminded me of when I was recovering from COVID and couldn’t taste but tried to make a curry. Sweat-stache and all - the heat was there - but could not taste a damn thing 😂. Your humour is the best. Keep doing what you’re doing! You’ve definitely put the Japanese countryside on my list of places to travel to.

I like the Korean noodles they are spicy but I can handle they are just hard to find in the area I live. I’m hungry at the moment in bed trying to enjoy others eating while I just wait till tomorrow. I found you searching in RU-vid videos about living in Japan and the one about your house tour in Japan popped first I thought you were hilarious and I enjoy your content. Subscribed since then. I even share your videos with my sisters. I shared the one about how to style your bangs with my sister when she got hers done too.

I almost peed my pants LOL!!! Ooh I wanna win because I gotta try those spicy noods. I looooooove spicy ramen.

Hey Caitlin, I love watching your videos. Every time you upload I get so excited to watch them, they are the highlight of my week/day. I have been wanting to go to Japan ever since I finished school in 2018. I had planned for a gap year placement there but it did not work out so I ended up in Canada. After that year I had made it my goal to get there asap, but sadly COVID hit and it was safer for me to be back home in New Zealand. Every time I watch your videos I get so excited because it shows me what I have to look forward too. And with travel slowly starting to be put into motion I can finally see that my dream to go there is finally becoming a possibility. Your videos are always so beautiful and are not only just fun to watch but are educational and show what amazing thing japans culture and scenery have to offer. Thank you for showing us your life in Japan, it feels like we have become friends without ever meeting. Ps- how long did it take for your tongue to go back to normal? And did you end up trying those other fire noodles again? 😅😅

I think I loved the authentic self you present in this video haha.. I genuinely love as laughing at work when you tried to soba noodles.. mainly because I probably would of responded the same way.. with no response due to the intense pain you looked like you were in. You’re a champ though, you muscles through it.. and I was whining watching you eat the last noodles that didn’t “taste” hot.. because I was like ohhhh GIRLLL you’re going to to feel it on the other end lata. Good work !

Favorite part of the video: when you are talking to your husband. It would have been priceless to get his reaction after trying the 2nd noodle. BTW. surprised that you weren't drinking more milk or some adult beverage. (Alcohol breaks down capsaicin; milk's enzymes neutralizes it). Gokurousama!

I looooove when you do Japanese food reviews on your RU-vid! 😍 Do you happen to know if these noodles are available in the States?! My partner LOVES spicy food and I know he’d totally want to try. Also please keep us posted on your hubby’s thoughts/reactions!!

I’ve only had the original fire chicken ramen but these look so intriguing! So much fire! 🔥

Always enjoy your videos. I honestly can’t remember when I started watching you. I’ve pretty much watched all your vids by now. I think it may have started when you toured your house bc at that time I got big into japan interior decor and architecture.

Wow! I have heard about the Buldak noodles but I never imagined they could be this spicy! And I mean - I love most things spicy! I hope you are fine after all this! Enjoy the Sakuras - I really hope to witness the beauty of the cherry blossoms in person one day! Looking forward to some amazing visuals from your channel! 💖
