Extreme Fridge Organization...Super Satisfying (Organize with me in 2021)  

Liz Fenwick DIY - I'm so stinkin excited about this video! You have the same fridge as I do and that takes so much of the inevitable over-thinking out of this project when I tackle it. This means I can get all the same containers and count for count, pound for pound and inch for inch, get the same storage containers! And I don't have to over or under estimate the size of anything! This is great! I wish everything could be this easy! The best part??! I have been in search of labels like the ones you use in this video for YEARS! I always look on etsy but can never find the VARIETY of labels that you have here! Also, I don't have a Cricut, so any "fancy" labels I make involve a printer, glue/tape, scissors, etc. I just want to buy them and these are the perfect font, too!! I'll have to see of this company does other types of storage labels. My holiday storage could use some tlc. Glad I found you! 🤗

In my teens and 20s, I don’t give a crap about a clean fridge. Now in my 30s, I do. Lmao

I clean out and wipe the inside dwn of my frig every week, the day b4 trash day. It's easier for me that way w my messy rm mates (my daycare, older teens & young adult kids). This works for me

Getting a new frig mine broke last week so I have been looking at youtube on how to organize my frig mt6olf fr iui g eas nice it had the side by side now I'm getting the mee stainless steel black and the frig on top and freezer on bottom like liz's so perfect timing thank you for doing this video

Seeing that there are options of clear sticker labels already made if you don't have a Cricut is a great alternative!!!

Love your milk bottles so old school..would love to have some for crafting. Great organizational video.

A trick i use for my vegetable, fruit and meat drawer is simply to put some scott towell paper in it so if something spill the paper will absorb it and i simply trash it and put some new one in.

How funny! I’m in the process of getting ready to paint my kitchen but I’m cleaning EVERYTHING first. Right now I’m cleaning my frig. I just took a break and what did I find? Your video on frig cleaning!!! I clean the inside of mine with a solution of hot water and vinegar. I’m just about finished and was deciding whether or not to put labels on everything but after seeing your video I’ve decided to go ahead and do it. Thanks for sharing!

I normally chops up all my vegetables and store my fruit in containers and it lasts so much longer! Also incredibly convenient.

you could use the ends from your strawberries to make strawberry vinegar, grab a jar with white balsamic or white wine vinegar and put the ends in stem and all let them soak a few days. and voila you have strawberry vinegar for salads!

I spotted the shatto milk. We're from KC area, but moved to Texas 5 yrs ago and I miss not having easy access to Shatto Root beer milk. It's a treat every time we go back to visit family.

I have a tip for you wash your berries in water and white vinegar, dry completely and put in the frig. It helps them to last longer and also washes them. Did you know there are small larvae on berries always wash.

We have the same fridge!! Except my bottom drawer had a flap cover to lift up, instead of being a full drawer. The flap cover broke off the first year we had it. We were going to replace it, but I like better without the cover. I can fit way more stuff! that way!! 🤣🤣

I cannot believe that you posted this today! Last night at 8:30, I went into my fridge to get something, and it didn’t look clean, so I decided to clean it out, didn’t finish until around 11:00, but it sure was nice looking at a clean and organized fridge this morning. Now I have to go to the grocery store, since I threw out so much stuff.

NO SINK WASHING - THIS is what I do! (I work from home, and my boyfriend and I are clean/tidy/neat freaks, so this gets done every week before my boyfriend and I do our grocery shopping). YOU CAN WASH YOUR FRIDGE SHELVES IN THE DISHWASHER! And it's not only the shelves that can get washed in the dishwasher; I can add all the drawers and bins from the fridge that will fit. EMPTY DISHWASHER AND PLACE EVERYTHING IN, and run it like normal! This way - drawers and shelves are getting REALLY clean, and then you can clean the whole inside of the fridge/freezer easily. And, I also sort, and organize, and purge the fridge/freezer every week as well. And, BEFORE ANYTHING goes back into the fridge/freezer, it is wiped down all over, and I like to put like with like, and that really helps me!

I like how organized it is, but I wouldn't prewash vegetables and fruits before putting them in a refrigerator as they would start spoiling faster.

My problem is, I have a tiny rental fridge with the fridge in the bottom and freezer on top. It has one side shelf and little bigger/wider one that can fit one gallon of milk. But yeah it really small with 2 small drawers. And the freezer is even smaller.

I see you refigerate so many things that I don't, like apples, oranges, fruit cups a squeeze applesauce. I only refigerate things that have to be refigerated to make more room for things like leftovers (that we have a lot of).

Liz all very nice and tidy but where do you put the pot when you cook your meals?

Wonderful ideas. But do tell how you use all the empty cartons and the plstic containers the food comes in, or do you throw them out?

What about raw meats?? 🤔 I cook every meal especially since covid I wouldnt have enough space to store all my food with all those snacks in there. Obviously what works for your family doesn't work for everyone but I don't see any space for raw meat. I store my kids apple sauce and fruit cups room temp to save space in my fridge. I do love your containers!! The dawn dish soap is a great idea as well!! I also label in my fridge because I'm crazy hahaha so the kids and hubby will put things back in the right place!

I wish you could show us what still works and what you didn't like.
