Today we are cleaning a super dirty kitchen. The lady living here is going to be moving house, her home has become unmanageable due to a combination of poor mental health and neurodivergence. Come clean with us!

Brilliant job girls. That smell you couldn’t quite figure out might have been a bag of rotten potatoes- it’s amazing how foul they smell when rotten; truly astonishing!

I’m 1 of those who loves ASMR, but I’m always willing to forego the ASMR version so that you can support each other by chatting throughout the cleaning. Chamois (shammy as we say it) is a cloth that was obtained originally from an animal called a Chamois which is a mountain goat but looks like a cross between a goat and an antelope. The skin once processed is known as chamois leather. Now they are made from many animals mostly are sheepskin or actually made using manmade fibres.

Great job ladies. One suggestion is to include a bottle of eucalyptus oil in your kit. A quick sniff is great for getting rid of an awful smell that’s in your nose. Even a little on a cotton wool ball would help with the overall smell. ❤

You do great work! Maybe use the small dust pans, two of them to push the brown goo onto them. You could then dump it in a trash bag. 😅😱

I loved this clean. You both did an awesome job. Try putting a eucalyptus gel like you would use to rub on your chest for congestion under your nose before you put your mask on. That will help with the smell. Throw a travel first aid kit in your handbag for emergencies. Please don't change a ything about your channel, I love your voice overs. I have misophonia too. My father is very loud when he eats, my mother would always make me eat at the dinner table and refused to understand that this was something I ciuld not control. Those that dont have it will never understand. I get severly angry and cannot help it, I have over the years found ways to help control it some. Thankfully my bf is not a loud eater so I can eat dinner with the family.

I have a friend with misophonia. We were college roommates. We visit each other every other year. I think we are done with visiting now because her misophonia has reached alarming levels with age. She becomes very angry with me bc she says I sigh too much. She becomes enraged if she hears any children laughing and playing. I can no longer go in public with her because she causes such a scene over normal, everyday sounds. It is unfortunate bc she is a really good person with an escalating mental problem. So, I feel bad for others who suffer from the condition.

Yeah, that's the distinction between normal "ugh, that sound is annoying" and misophonia - misophonia is a instinctive level rage that is generally classified as "uncontrollable." Frequently, sufferers will freely admit that it's irrational, but they still can't stop it. I say "they" but I know it from experience. Luckily mine is mild, not like your friend. 😢 I can usually distract myself enough not to have an outburst.

We have no idea! We thought they were in our cleaning kit but we couldn't find them. My car was recently valeted and so I believe the masks must have been mixed up with the cleaning stock we have in my house 🙈 x
