It realy is!!! First I need to save some money to be able to do this trip 🫣. I realy love the way you guys travel and meet the world ❤️. This is fanmail is from a 57 (in some days a 58) woman, who loves to travel and loves to meet people. Xxx
Thanks, as always for introducing us to friendly people from a different culture. Your ability to interact positively with anyone you meet, anywhere on earth is one of your greatest assets and what makes your channel so heartwarming to me. Thanks for all that you do in highlighting how much we all have in common. Have a pleasant and rewarding weekend. 🫂❤️🙏🕊
Some folk I watch on You Tube do nothing but give out negative vibes. Whereas you two make me feel happy every time I watch! Love those giggles! Take care and many blessings!
What a great video to showcase the beauty of Mongolia and it's people. It just proves that you don't need to speak the same language, you just need to show respect, love and smile a lot. Julia, I bet you were in your element helping out with all the cooking!
Interesting video depicting lifestyle of nomads of Magnolia. They survive lives amid adversaries. Heavy snow fall, bone chilled cold. Stay along with live stocks. Beautiful camps having all facilities & amenities. Happy peaceful life. No panic of Islamic terrorism like Al Qaeda ISIS Hamas or Hizbolla. So secured & pleasant life
when I was there we took a HORSE ride to find our nomad family. it was in august, I recommend to visit in summer, I never forget the night sky in Mongolia, it is truly journey of a lifetime 🐎
Amazing! Thank you so much for bringing us this very unique perspective of the culture and lifestyle of a truly wonderful people. Ultimately we all have the same goals: Love, family, food and shelter. We seem to have more similarities than differences. Wishing you both safe travels from New Zealand.
It’s so comforting to hear in the background Mongolians speaking, makes me miss home so much! Glad that you are showing this beautiful side of my home country, hope you enjoyed your visit
Julia and Matt, this was one of the most beautiful videos so far on your journey ..... the scenery, the animals, and the families living happily together and sharing their lives with you .... an unforgettable experience.
As a Mongolian I am really glad and happy that you guys have got to experience all the greatness the country can offer!! The translation is on point and I really appreciate how you guys did not try to seek the flaws Mongolia has got unlike other travelers. Thank you two so much for coming to our country🇲🇳
What an amazing trip! Beautiful filming. Even if I were in my 20's not sure I could have done this trip. Thank you for sharing it with us all. Stunning landscape. A desert with snow! Riding camels in Mongolia... unique! This has to be one of your top travel experiences. Stunning. Stunning. Great drone shots, too. Merci Julia and Matt.
@@MattandJulia I second that! I am not saying the editing was easy but the simple and emotive presentation of this video, was just beautiful. What an incredible experience.
Matt and Julia, this video is the best video i had seen. Realistic, emotional, inspiring, important, loving, caring, this people are so special , we are all human and we seek for uplifting videos , great video i am so amazed and greatful for humanity. Take care. Thanks 😊

Matt and Julia I have been watching you guys from the beginning and I remembered today why I fell in love with you guys and your channel. Your story telling is so real, no fancy tricks or fabrications, you always provide a real look into the lives of people who live authentic lives. This video touched me for some reason. You know you always have a picture of the nomadic Mongolians living rough existences but today I saw a lovely family living a beautiful, rich life. The food looked delicious. The animals were beautiful...those camels and cows were the prettiest I've ever seen...LOL. And I agree, the love is real too...holding Matt's hand so he wouldn't fall into the toilet...ha ha ha. I love you guys and maybe one day we will meet, I mean I live in the Caribbean on a sunny island 😉😉 LOL!! Great video, as always.
You guys are so sweet and respectful of our culture. I haven't visited my home country for over 2 years and this is very nostalgic i have to say. Thank you so much for this video and wishing you guys the best of luck!
Ths video realy touched my hart ❤. It took me along with you on your journey. When I travel, for me, people are (just the same I think as with you guys) most important. Every time I am looking forward too see your videos. Love from Belgium ❤😘!!
Thank you so much, it means the world that you enjoyed it so much! ❤️ Couldn't agree more, people are everything! 🇲🇳🥰 Lots of love to Belgium from the both of us! ❤️
I remember the woman, Mrs Enkhee, who is guide used to work with me a 25:41 t high school several years ago. This was so nice lady that made us happy and funny.
I would love to visit, but I am now a pensioner and not in very good health, that is why I love your videos so much. You bring the world to me thank you so much.🏴🇬🇧🥀🥀
First, this is a wonderful video. Second, snow in the Gobi desert? I had no idea! Their life does appear to be hard but it's also simple and beautiful. From what I've heard and what you've shown I wouldn't mind living in a yurt, they look very comfy. What a enriching life. So happy that you shared this visit with everyone. ❤✅
Thank you so much, really glad you enjoyed it! 🙏🏼😊❤️ Yeah, it gets a bit of snow in the winter for sure. Temperatures in the gobi can drop as low as -50’c 🥶❤️
Your video has stirred fond memories of my hometown. I spent my childhood in Southern Mongolia, immersed in a traditional way of life. Every dish featured in this video ranks among my favorites. Thank you!
Matt and Julia, your videos continue to be almost meditation-like in their quality and calmness. Mongolia is definitely near the top of my list of places to go. Incredible video! ✌
They are gentle civilized friendly and have hospitality. Beautiful camp having all facilities. They stay along with live stocks. Thanks for excellent cinematography
such a lovely video. It was really special to watch you make those little patties with the other women... an activity passed down and shared throughout the ages! I can remember watching my Cornish grandmother Making Cornish pasties. The way they are folded on the seam is different. x
Looks incredible... although as someone with a horse allergy, I could feel my nose twitching just at the mention of 70 horses! Amazing how much those lovely cattle resemble Highland Cows from Scotland.
Wonderful, fascinating, informative, and funny all rolled together. Camel kisses and Julia's giggles made my early morning worth it after a day yesterday on flood watch 🇦🇺
yeah only if you can bring portable toilet everywhere with cleaning liquids. but they harmfull waste and has to be disposed of somehow which will also require some sort of whole. those toilets are not used by alot of people so it will not get to the point where it is harmfull to the nature. only thing is it is not cloded environment and ofcuz the flies and bugs maybe smell and in the winter you cannot clean them everyday it is just impossible. but in the summer you can clean them and have a clean toilet
What a wonderful video you guys. Mongolia has always fascinated us. To have the opportunity to visit and stay with locals even just for a little while gives you the insight into their daily lives. How cool is that. It's always been our dream since we were children to travel around the would to make friends with people who think a lot like you . Language should never be a barrier from preventing you from doing so. This video is so well done in so many ways. Sending you Hugs🫂 and Kisses💋 from Harriet, Jim and Yuki Richmond, Va. 🫂
How absolutely fascinating, Matt and Julia! I was aware of these nomads way of life, but not how technology and communications enabled them to live pretty well really, albeit still basic by many standards. I wonder how long this way of life for these people will continue! Thanks for sharing😀👍
Kudos to brave souls to visit Mongolia during harsh and cold winter time. As a city mongolian myself I rarely go to country side when it's winter. These nomads living in the middle of nowhere at the complete mercy of mother nature is itself some kind of wonder. I heard a lot of sad stories that when snow storm or blizzard happens men who tried to herd their livestock back to safety lose their lives in the snow :(
It can be heard ! Matt's yuck can be heard perfectly! ha ha Those are meat empanadas, only we put more filling and olives in them. Fantastic vlog as usual. Love from Yerevan today
Another place that most of us would never have considered visiting. Way too cold for me but so interesting. Camel ride looked such fun although not sure if you were totally happy, Matt! 😂 I've ridden a camel with one hump, felt like I was on a boat, very odd. Love the drone shots too. Waiting for the next trip!
Really like Mongolian Culture.Reminds me to stories from my Father, that how hard was their life with Animals before. That was only way to live in my country also 50-60 years ago.
Guys, this is increíble. Thanks so much for sharing , I have enjoyed following your adventures . You’re literally living my dream ❤ also lmaoooo the guy with the camel kisses 😂😂
This was beautiful thank you for sharing. I’ve always loved this lifestyle..from afar.. and have a secret yearning to live in a yurt and drink butter drinks. ❤❤❤
