Thank you all for your feedback! One thing I didn’t mention in the video (didn’t think I needed to) is that I didn’t want my room to feel like the rest of my house. Every room has its own vibe. I did not want neutrals- I wanted color and prints. Very different from what y’all typically see from me (and honestly probably most other rooms), but that was the goal lol nonetheless, thank you for watching ❤️

Ladies, LET'S LIFT OUR GORGEOUS SISTA & HER COINS💰UP! That bathroom is SICK👌 That Rose Gold & Grey & Green🏆 The bedroom is an African "(American)" Heritage Story. The beautiful midnight blue (velour) curtains represent the winter night sky. The grey duvet design is the (congas) drums matching the rug. The velour Cozy sofa anchors the room. The animal print pillows & the grassy green pillows rep the jungle as the green melts into that Stunning Bathroom! The pink 💗bed is for the 👑 LADY! Switch it up sometimes with pink flowers & candles & picture frames on the nightstands & wall.. PS~ Life's too short to BLEND in!

All my rooms are neutral and I knew I wanted my bedroom different. It's serious glam silver, bling ,etc. So I understand wanting that space to be different

Imo, a couple decor pieces ( florals, candles, etc) would make the big pink headboard make sense in the room. With it being the only thing in that color, it sorta looks like the last piece you haven't replaced yet. A couple more items in that color would give the room a more coordinated look. Even something as simple as a floral arrangement on the nightstand.

I'm in love with your bathroom and the bedroom is lovely, with a touch of edge. As someone else mentioned I would add a touch of pink to accent the bed. Maybe a blush candle or floral stem in a vase on the dresser.

I really like how it came together. Individually all the pieces are beautiful and collectively it came together. I love the duvet cover, sofa, rug and that mirror is bomb! You still have so much space left. Can’t forget the bathroom I love it.

It came together really good. I think I would add a little more pink like some others said. Maybe flowers, candle or a throw. But it’s pretty. Wasn’t sure about the zebra/tiger print pillow but it does look nice with the couch and green pillows. I’m glad you love the outcome 💕

Hi Alisha, I love that you did not go for a typical color palette everyone seems to go for. You made the space your own and it came out nice. It may not be for everyone but it is gorgeous. If I could add to it, you can consider adding a rectangular mirror above your headboard and some blush floral arrangements on you nightstands to tie in the headboard to the rest of the room. Otherwise, it is beautiful and you love it which is more important 🙂.
