Thanks man! :) Yeah we to :D We did them years ago, they are concrete with metal reinforcement and weigh 25 kg one: D But I have an idea for a very cheap steel load and maybe I'll do the another video about this :) I mentioned to you, that were to be the tires, but I had to temporarily give up :)
Yep! I remember and now I understand! :D Some time ago I saw a video on "the buff dudes" channel about making weight with old disk brake from cars and stuff like that! If you can find them for cheap it might be a good option :)
Cool for homemade workout bench. I was thinking to build one myself at one point. But figured by the time I pay for all the metals, it will cost much more money. So I bought a set instead. Btw, it needs to put a board with padding for the bench press and arm curl tho. But good jobs guys.
Dude cool concept you can go to Walmart though get yourself some standard weights little by little build up enough white that you can work out really good or put something on there that will fit Olympic weights and go to Play It Again Sports buy some Olympic or standard plates pretty cheap
Nice, now i will go out and by an arc welder a plasma cutter and a grinder. Well on a second thought, I will just by a leverage bench; it will be a hell of a lot cheaper. Thanks for wasting my time.
