Embarrassed to say I have gone more. I don't shower often. Once a week. I don't participate in any sports. So I don't think it's much of a problem. I've got a busy day plan

As a kid my mom wouldn't let me shower when i had a cold, she believed it'd make me sicker. Sometimes i wouldn't have one for a week. 😅😂

3 days without showering yes i have done that but then i was at a music festival but after 4 days and got home late the 4th day i literally was in the shower for an hour and then sleep and then the follwing say 2 baths as i needed it
