Respect! I remember in Morocco watching guys hand chip mosaic tiles little pieces for weeks and months then a crew arrange them back into geometric patterns and designs over thousands of square feet areas making the most beautiful tile works. To study as apprentice you have to start in the tile chipper shop and work up from there. Then they had these dudes that did this kind of lime plaster called taddlakt that was another Art in itself, looked like soft shiny plaster walls that lasted for decades. To hire crews like that in the west is very expensive over there it’s what we would consider below minimum wage, and never expect them to be in a hurry or mess with them when they take tea breaks and naps 😂😂
Beautiful and everything, but as anyone knows, concrete/cement it is brittle, and if U don't use mesh or any other form of bonding agent to concrete/cement that has been laid vertical, it will little by little crack, crumble, and fall. Even with just a couple of nails nailed in to the frame of that window it should hold that concrete/cement together.
