Ty, watching you fish makes me miss living in the south where I grew up doing this exact type of fishing. Now I live up north and there just doesn't seem to be anywhere near as many accessible small public ponds like there are down south. They have more than enough lake and rivers to make up for it and i've now come to love river fishing, but still miss those warm, stained water ponds. I knew how to fish em almost like instinct. Love the vids man!!!

It always rains at 3am here in Dallas but on the extremely rare occasion that we actually get rain during the day i go fish my local golf course which has ponds that are all creek fed and i do the exact same thing. I catch big ones.

Urban fishing is a blast. I sometimes get laughed at for casting in dirty canals and such. But I have the last laugh when I pull out 6-7 pound largies.

I just commented on the video you made about 5 months ago talking about bass fishing and what we’d like to see and I also think it would be kind of cool and entertaining if you did some reviews/ challenges and fished with like the travel rods and reels and just basic equipment from wish and see how they hold up to the monsters you catch or just some of any of the fish you catch. I think it would be interesting. But bravo once again my friend. Another great video

Wish I had those city ponds to fish. They hold some of the biggest and best fish!

We live on a big hill overlooking one of the ponds on a golf course. One time it flooded worse than usual and i saw the largest Alligator Snapping Turtle I’ve ever seen in my life (and I’ve seen some pretty big ones) crawling around in the shallow water. I’ve never been able to find it again but I’d really like to see it up close. It had to have been about the size of a truck tire. There are at least two others in that same pond that are respectably sized, but you could almost fit both of them inside of the circumference of the one I saw that day. If two other people weren’t there to see it I would probably think I was imagining it.
