Hypercanes! These giants among giants are thought to have formed on several occasions during Earth's history, and have been theorised to occur alongside other massive geological phenomena such as asteroid impacts, gigantic volcanic eruptions, and sudden, rapid climate change of non-anthropogenic cause (it's currently believed that global warming caused by humans would not produce the conditions required for a hypercane fast enough for one to form, though it will make larger storms in the future). Once formed, a hypercane could last for weeks, carving out a path of destruction wherever they go. Furthermore, the water would remain hot for weeks after a hypercane forms, maintaining the conditions that allowed it to form in the first place and making the appearance of additional hypercanes very likely. Some researchers have argued that hypercanes likely existed on Earth in the aftermath of the asteroid which ended the Cretaceous era.
Suggestion: for part 7:07 that should've been a tornado emergency since large wedge tornadoes impacting extremely populated areas are usually followed by a tornado emergency before the tornado hits the populated area. I don't think my suggestion would've really affected the scenario but I just wanted to suggest it
Give them some room to breathe, US already had a really catastrophic election in your previous EAS scenario XD. Jokes aside, glad to see that your EAS scenarios are top tier as always, will be awaiting to see what insane new scenarios you would make in the future.
How I wish there is a visualization of the Hypercane for us to really imagine how big this Hypercane is but of course it's YP the best EAS Scenarios Creator
I had to look up what a hypercane was and it sounds like it would surpass a Category 5 hurricane 😨This sounds utterly terrifying if it were to actually happen
