It’s so obvious that the motor itself is working fine. The only issue is that the batteries are wearing out. Simply running it for a normal 3 minute test would fix the issue
The actual motor is fucked up at this point. They do replace the batteries every so often and it sounds the same. This is coming from someone who has seen the service take place, and at one point the rotator motor blew up, look at the charred bottom panels on the rotator box.
@@allen480 yeah but they handle running for 15 minutes a lot better than mechanical sirens, especially Whelens and Federal Signal DSAs/Modulators, and their batteries can last a very long time without recharging
