Extrusion line for PA and PET wires 

Filament size is controlled by a variable speed motor control knob. More speed = more thin. A dial indicator on output tells you size.

At the end, neon resin pellets are fed into a giant extruder to remove air. Then pushed into a heated box which oozes into water. Take my observations with a grain of salt. I've no degree of any sorts. But doing my part for the open source community who want to take this further.

Video veramente brutto, ma e' bello sapere che anche noi in Italia riusciamo a fare qualcosa al passo con i tempi a livdll industriale e non puramente hobbistico/maker come le innumerevoli stampanti 3d di legno (e' stata una sorpresa!)

Hello, at the beginning of the video where the plastic runs through water, what does the two white boxes at the bottom do? And at the end of the video when the plastic comes out of the extruder, what is that liquid it drips down to, water?
