Exway Atlas Pro Having Major Issues - GaN Charger & ESC Died

I've had nothing but issues since I brought this Atlas Pro. Exway should just send me a new board at this point. Exway, if you care about your customers, you should make this right by fixing this ESC issue. By the way, I got the new plug and it's charging the board to 100% now.

The GaN charger isn't a bad charger. These chargers blink red and green if they get hot and need to cool down. If you run a fan on it while charging to keep it cool it works fine. The Exway tire tubes on the other hand.......nothing but issues!

I have an Exway Atlas 2WD. On a random days on of my wheels stopped spinning. Long story short one of the ESC ports is not working. I talked to exway and they said I have to get a replacement one.

Is this company really this ignorant towards their customers plight? I was about to get their new board but, now I'm having a second thought. By the way, it's been over a year, how did this whole thing ended? you see, people should always follow up with an update when they make this kinds of claims.

Thank you for the support bro. I thought I was the only one having Exway issues. You still can't connect the remote to your phone? I really think Exway should send you a newer remote. That's just ridiculous. I road the board in 2WD today and I got to say that this board is solid. I really love the speed and ride. it's so smooth. If I got a working board out the box from the start, I would say this is the best board I've ever owned hands down, BUT!!

@@MichaelHurdleStudio the remote the atlas comes with is the R3 remote which I guess works with the ExSkate app, but the app is to outdated for a modern phone. Requiring me to use a super old one. But hey it works now. You’re not kidding the board Is phenomenal but these small hindrances is certainly frustrating. Keep the patience my man it’ll be worth it

Well, I really hope so. They really have to up their game. I took the Atlas Pro from Manhattan to Brooklyn today, and If this board worked correctly from the jump, this would be a really great board. I really love the way this board moves.

I have an Atlas Pro 4WD too bro and I was one of the first customers to get it. I got mine in late September. There was definitely a learning curve at first. Though I didn't and don't have the issue you are experiencing, but here's what I can tell you bro (just like cars) the manufacture / company pumps a lot of units and every now and then they'll be a few that has flaws / issues..... Unfortunately you got a bad one. Shit happens. I'm sure Exway will make it right. I own 5 boards from them and they make an awesome products. Just be patient and be on top of them. Good luck man! The board ia awesome. Personally in my opinion I like riding the board on two-wheel drive. I took the front pulleys off and turned off the front ESC. The board rides much smoother. Too much power on 4WD. Once they allow you adjust the power of the motors then it'll be a much better experience in 4WD. Good luck again bro!

That sounds about right. I'm usually the one who's lucky enough to get the bad one off the production line. You got lucky bro. I was thinking about doing the exact same thing when it comes to removing the front-wheel drive and just using the rare wheels. There is a lot of power using 4WD. A little too much for me. Do you know what size innertube I should get for the stock 160MM tires? I don't want to wait until Exway comes back from New Year's break at the end of the month. I have two flats right now and no matter how much I patch them up, I still have a flat in an hour.

@@MichaelHurdleStudio I am basically having the same problem. One of my ESCs doesn't want to work and let alone charge or tell me when it is fully chared. I am hoping Exway will make it right.

I paid for 4wd and got 2wd, so annoyed right off the jump. To be honest, Exway should give both of us new Atlas Pros @Michael Hurdle Production Studio

Damn bro! for real? What did they tell you the reason was for the wrong board. How are they going to fix this? They might try to send you the parts and tell you to attach it yourself. How do you feel about doing that? I agree. We should get everything new. Start from scratch.

I went through 2 chargers and now have the quick charger. And now it won't turn on. Great board when it works but the reliability isn't worth it.

No doubt bro. Has Exway gotten back to you about your charger? I really hope they have your new charger in the mail dude. Trust me when I say I know how it feels to have a new board and it's just sitting there.

Thank god there is at least some progress with your charger. I waited close to two weeks to get mine. Let's just hope your ESC didn't get damaged like mine since we had bad chargers. Fingers crossed dude. We both deserve a new working board. We were the first two dudes to air this out.

@@MichaelHurdleStudio I’ve heard from others who had this same thing happen as well and can’t help but assume they sent out a batch of bad chargers sometime in December. I give props to you for still tryin to make it work cause if the charger comes and the esc is blown,I’m getting a refund and buying elsewhere.

@@MoshMob I truly believe that they did send out a bad batch of chargers. You are so correct. Thank you bro. I'm stuck in now. I might as well go all the way with Exway lol. Some body had to call this out. I'm going to keep doing videos like this until everything is working as advertised. I got burnt, I don't want to see other e-riders deal with this type of service.
