the powder locks the product in place. like you typically would set any liquid product from shifting. especially if you have oily lids, this step is definitely necessary. good luck👍
Amazing! this color is definitely suitable on. I typically use a brow pencil that's matte in consistency and warm brown in color. I agree the packaging alone was like #sold. although I won't be shelling out the coins to get this product. great demo and review. thank you. I saw your #snapchat sis 👍

Have you ever tried makeup forever Aqua brow? I love it! Thanks for putting out the recommendation for that concealer I use Bobbi Browns and love it but run out quickly and have to always reorder lol
