Me who canot even apply the tape symmetrically

When you have hooded eyes, doing eyeliner is a great challenge.

applying eye-liner is another level of talent I can barely draw a straight line :'D

My problem is getting the tape equal, I suck at it so I hardly do eyeliner lol.

For those who don't apply tape equally or don't want crow's feets for using tape, here is my trick: I use a card, a cardboard or anything stiff and flat + compact powder. Before I apply the eyeliner, I use the cardboard with the edge filled with the powder and I trace the line with it. If I fail, I just have to gently brush it away with my brush and I start again until I have the perfect symmetry. Then I do my eyeliner and finally I gently brush again any powder I had left on my face before. I use colorless powder so I'm confident about the results not ruining my makeup, but I think any powder will do. And that's all! I hope this helps anyone :)

I don't do my make-up often but i can tell you that the eyeliner trick at 3:03 will only work with certain sponges and certain liquid liners!

I literally don’t even struggle with like, the shape or anything. The tip of my liquid eyeliner literally dries out and doesn’t do anything after it’s been exposed to air for like, 5 seconds, so I have to use the side of the felt-tip and it ends up with really thick lines.
