Normally I wouldn't purchase used makeup, but I will from my RU-vid girls bc I feel like I know where it's been 😂

Brutal but so satisfying. I fall into the camp of minimalism and only keeping things that give me joy. I love Indi palettes that are magnetic as then I keep shades I want to make my ideal in smaller palettes. I have combined Adept’s samarian sunset and legend of Ardra into one shimmer palette as I know I won’t use those mattes (I use a neutral 6 pan instead) as an example.

I used to not allow myself to have more than 100 palettes but I’ve collected so many brands I’m stuck 😂

When you change the shimmers in your apple in love palette can you make a video showing us how you do that? I want to do the same but I don’t want to ruin my good shadows cuz I’m unsure how to properly do it.

Quite a few palettes I’ve been eyeing (especially the simply posh ones, hope to see them bring cozy cabin back!) but I think my tastes lean more colorful than yours so makes sense. I have your spring magic & winter wonderland in my mercari cart but I also need to do a declutter before I spend more money haha

Can I ask what your ideal palette size is? How many pans? You say you don't like mini palettes or large palettes which is subjective. So, what's your perfect size? Nothing wrong with it, just wondering what you prefer. You did great! THanks for sharing!

So I cannot repress mattes to save my life but I can do shimmers… I’m thinking I get rid of the shimmers in my melt palettes and replace with shimmers in palettes I don’t like the mattes. That might be a heavy undertaking but I think I’d use the melt palettes more if I did that! Thanks for the inspiration 😂

Hi Brittany I had a question hun. When you do this type of declutter and you say that the palettes you bought with your own money you may resell them? Where exactly do you do that? Is there a particular selling site or website that you prefer? The reason I'm asking is because I just did my second ever declutter, but it's actually my first one that I've done in a similar style of what you're doing here. My previous decluttr was done in a different way. And yeah I got completely overwhelmed, I lost count at 462 pallets and thats just ridiculous, I know I do love my eyeshadow palettes! ☺️So I thought maybe you could shed some light on how you do that or where you do that? I know you don't know me you know me but I've been watching you for a long long time. (Oh my that sounds creepy ☺️) but you know what I mean. I just really enjoy your content. Do you think maybe I could message you perhaps do you have an email or something that I could reach out and maybe get some information in regards to your method of reselling the pallets that you purchased on your own? I didn't see that you pinned the answer to the very question I was asking ! 🤦 However, like pricing and that kind of stuff how do you come up with that I don't know how to do any of that I mean not with eyeshadow palettes you know. Anyway like I mentioned in my first comment if there's any way you could give me some insight I would very much appreciate it. ☺️🤞 Thanks. I think you did good though you're right if you don't reach for a pallet you're not using it even though it's gorgeous and it may perform very well, perhaps it has came to do with it was supposed to and now it can be pass along paid forward how ever you want to word it or even sold. It's hard keeping up with new releases and staying relevant to what's in the makeup world at that very moment! I know I got myself in a little bit of financial trouble trying to do that very thing you know without asking for any help or anything like that or reselling but it's just not feasible. 😊❤ Very much enjoyed this video. Hi Brit! How you do to deppoting your eyeshadows and don't break the packaging? I realise that most of the time I love is the color story from the new palettes actually theres's a few shadows that I need. I want to do my own palettes but I have some beautiful packaging that I would like to keep.
