hello there! ♡ it’s time for another makeup collection declutter and this time I’ll be going through all of my high end and indie brand eyeshadow palettes! Great Job! You won’t believe this but I just took all my favorite Natasha Shades out of 4 of her palettes and made one custom palette and gave the other 3 out back together away. I shocked myself!

For the DM groundwork pallet, I use my smaller, stiff brushes (think Rephr). Just tap into the shade (don’t swirl), then pat on the eye and then blend. I have both pallets and I love them 💛🙂

@jessicadeerly yes multi chromes need good firm stiff flat shader brushes a good sticky base and patting motion.

I am so glad I didn’t buy the ABH Fall romance! The colorstory was beautiful and I was considering to buy it but now that I see your video, I am happy I haven’t!

I was so disappointed in the quality of that one especially since it is so very pretty! It didn’t feel like it was up to the standards of her other palettes 😕

Thanks for this video, it was so enjoyable to see your collection and your thoughts on it. I'm of the thought that what you spend on your hobby is your business and you're accountable to no one but yourself. If it's what you enjoy there is no shame in it. Don't feel you have to justify how much you keep or how much you get rid of to anyone. Keep what you want, get rid of what no longer suits your fancy, enjoy your passion for eyeshadow! ❤

This is definitely a great start to your decluttering! I feel like a good declutter happena in stages, over longer than a few days. So even though you said you should do more, you can still declutter more when your ready.

Ooo! A Devinah Palette bingo would be fun. Maybe for 2 per palette and do a couple of looks. 😊 Devinah is an indie brand I recently discovered last year and am just amazed by their quality and the owner Deandra is so kind and helpful! 😊

I miss eyeshadows but I really don’t wear them anymore. I’ve never worn them to work, but I used to play on my days off.

Aww well maybe on your days off you can play with eyeshadow again if you’d like 😊 I wear a lot of one and done shadows but I still love to have eyeshadow palettes too 😊

If you haven't gotten rid of it yet, the ABH Riviera Palette works very well with the original ABH Norvina Palette. I always use the together.

I did not like the Danessa Mirex palette either, the red one looked even worse, I could never understand all the hype about it in the first place, if you can't use it easily and be happy with the looks you made, toss it!! Thats what your declutter is all about, don't hang onto it because others rave about it.....😊

I’m glad that I’m not the only one! I do love the shades and the idea of this palette but it simply does not bring me joy. Ill probably give it to my mom or a friend while it’s still fairly new 😊

I’m the same regarding the the I Need a Nude palette!! Absolutely love it. Bought a second one for backup, just in case. Perfect palette in so many ways!

What brush did you use for Danessa Myricks I’m struggling with it and it’s breaking my heart. Some one had a hissy fit because you used drag Queen palettes. The audacity and ignorance that is floating around out there.

@@TracyD2 oh no, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with it too! I use either the sigma E24 or the merit eyeshadow brush and they seem to help some 😊 I agree! It took me off guard but I hid them from my channel so if they’re still commenting, they’re talking to a void 😂

The one indie brand i refuse to support is adept with their misgendering ableist drama. Im disabled and kniw disabled and just cant.. now when it comew to indie some of the best highlighter pallete hanfs down bellabeautebar bar oracle and noctolucient by blend bunny.

I wasn’t aware of any drama surrounding the brand so my apologies! I have only recently discovered indie brands within the past year so I do fully admit my ignorance on anything they might have been involved in. I’m not sure what happened but I do hope proper action was taken!

@jessicadeerly some fantastic indie brands that deserve love blend bunny, bellabeautebar, black moon, bitter lace beauty, Cliondah multichromes are insane, lunatick cosmetics labs for their contour palletes a true contour Grey cool tone, nomad cosmetics, p. Louise just to name a few with amazing products qnd even better customer service. Sadly unearthly has terrible customer service, adept is ableist and fhe owner is rude, beautybay awful cusfomer service.

I’ll definitely have to add these brands to my list to try 😊 I have tried blend bunny but haven’t any of the others you mentioned and I’d love to see what they all offer!
