@ViralFindr You are clearly ignorant of the law. Can the Police prove that the suspects knew the items were stolen? They are only on custody because they are poor people who cannot afford basic legal representation.
Also, is torture no longer a crime in Nigeria ? Why were the suspects freely mentioning torture and the journalists haven't bothered to question the Police.

They should release the oga and is boiz that bought phone ! Any one can fall for this buying a phone which Police officer self fit buy stolen phone. So they should grant them bail ! No need of pre trial for this ..But the main culprit they will be charge with a capital and first degree
