How to repair a non-locking parking brake lever on an EZ Go golf cart. Here are 2 items to correct when the parking brake lever will no longer hold. If you want to fix it yourself, here is the procedure I used. If this condition exists on your cart, I very strongly recommend you either fix or have it repaired professionally. The ability to engage the parking brake and hold the cart in place is a primary safety issue on any golf cart. Without this ability, the cart is not safe. Do not put this off. When one of these things gets rolling without anyone on it people can get hurt or worse, and massive property damage can result in the least. Good luck.
