so do you also need the freedom chip? Is the freedom chip the same thing as freeing up the governor? If i have the chip do i need to mess with it? Also is doing this safe? Will it be legal?
Hey Kevin, Honestly not sure what the freedom chip is. This is for a gas powered cart. Is your electric? This modification will not make it illegal. Just a standard safety feature to utilize if you want to limit top speed of the cart.
