I have listened to every single version of this song over and over again. It just doesn't old, or monotous. It has very fitting name (Ezio's family; especially after all these years) and a rousing vibe to it, making go as far as to say I feel like this song itself is the musical embodiment of the every heroic journey ever undertaken. Ezio Edition for sure, he is the most iconic figure of the series. Then you can skip some (whatever times and settings you like or not) but Origins is recommended as well.
I think Rouge is better. Black Flag is the most stupid and ridiculous storyline in ACU. And the gameplay is not too good to be the best like people always say.

I agree that AC 3 was horrible when it came to the story, but in my opinion it was the best one when it comes to feeling like an Assassin. Connor was boring as fuck, but he fought for freedom and independence - causes for wich Assassins should fight. Stopping Templars from getting the Pieces of Eden should have been a biproduct of that. (Also - menu theme from that game is my second favourite, after the original Ezio's Family of course)
DigitalFox707 I loved the game mechanics too, how smooth it was and how you could run in buildings and be a total badass. If they had the motion capture of ac3 and put it in ac2 series, there would be no game better than ac2 series. U could take unity’s motion capture too, it’s actually better than ac3 motion capture in my opinion.
And if anyone says the remix is better: First, "Ezio's Family" is a very emotional song. It's make the first player of AC franchise remembers the AC 2, Ezio's Friends and Relates, Trajjic Life, Italy Revolution, etc. Secondly, i dont say that your music style is shit, i say it wont be remix if there's no original. Third, for the Real and Beloved AC fans, AC 2 EZIO'S Family always the best.
To me AC series ended with the third one plus Rogue. All the other games after the third one (except Rogue) either don't have anything to do with the AC series or are boring af.
Love how a theme written for a single character becomes so beloved they use it in every title....and ya know what I don't mind because every time I hear It I think of Ezio Its like a little treat every time it plays...It also slaps harder than a drunk step father.
