Thanks for sharing. It's an excellent outdoor camera but the power cord and Ethernet connector have a bigger footprint. How can I put the cable through the small hole if I install it outdoor and get power from inside of the house??

How do I turn off the light I checked all of the boxes for it to be off but the light still comes on

I had to make very bad experiences with this camera! First it doesn't follow the object detected, but moves to the oposite way. Second no issues to connect to tp-Link, Fritzbox, or such WiFi devices. But no chance to connect to ubifi thus reliable semi professional material. Third no support in German language within Switzerland. And finally support had to create a ticket to transfer my request to more competent office.

That's a solid deal breaker for me. I usually build my own CCTV cameras these days, no one makes anything worth buying and if they do it's at such an absurd price (I'm talking 10-50x what it'd cost me to make myself). Running off PCB's, bits and pieces, a few good CMOS sensors salvaged from 'broken' DSLR's and you could put together something solid for cheap. These days sadly it's more economic to MAKE things. Whether it's tools, hammers, wrenches, whether it's drop casting, or more complex builds. If you calculate the price by hours and materials anything that isn't Chineseium garbage is so overpriced it really is more sensible to make it yourself. Upside is it's teaching us to not rely on society at large anymore.

I received an answear from the support, after they have createt a ticket. And this reply is as if they would not have read my description of the issues. For such replys I don't need to contact the support, this is all written in the manual. If your attention is to buy one of them be aware, that their support is absolutely worthless.

today again i contacted the support and again nothing that would help to solve the issues!

Not good. Their cloud system records in segments. Often with long pauses between them allowing crime to happen unrecorded. No continuous uninterrupted recording. Not fit for purpose.

Absolute garbage. No customer service. No technical help. Updates. Usually entails complete reboots. Worked great for a while but updates always a big problem. Contacted customer service and must be AI answering because the answers never match the questions. Get something more reliable with better customer service/ tech help.
