Hi guys, welcome to this channel. On this occasion I will tell you about the experience of assembling stealth F 117 model airplane kits.
Academy MiniCraft has manufactured stealth type F 117 aircraft, with a scale of 1/72. This miniature product has sufficient precision to be assembled into miniature models.
With a scale of 1/72 this product is easy to assemble, and has small components. To simplify the assembly process the Academy MiniCraft is equipped with an assembly instruction sheet, cabin interior models, canopy, landing gear, and several other types of military equipment, such as AIM 9B side winder missiles and GBU 10 laser bombs, and decal to make it look realistic.
The F 117 has limitations because it can only be used on nighttime missions and is gradually becoming obsolute with the development of more sophisticated stealth aircraft, such as the F 22 and F 35 as multi-mission aircraft.
Due to advances in stealth aviation technology, the United States Air Force stopped using F 117 in 2008. 55 F 117 aircraft that are still "retired" in the Tonopah Test Range, Nevada, where they were tested. Here they are stored for the next decade if needed again.
