The answer to the problem may be, that given the unique characteristics of the Raptor's engines; more air passes through the engines to give superior thrust; therein lies the problem; less oxygen is pumped to the pilot (yes, the air intake for the oxygen supply to the pilot comes from the same source feeding the engines) - most powerful fighter engines in history, but same old technology for supplying air to the pilot; something's gotta give.
invest in our national security . Maybe blame the planes altitude for oxigin sensors failure. Or the pilot could of have high blood pressure. Who knows ??? it's all about battle preparedness. we HAVE enemies and we have to defeat them. Thank you for your service our American pilot.
ohhh, the critics. People love to attack a winner. If a war breaks out with Russia, all you little girls out there criticizing this plane now will be thanking God that our leaders had the foresight to build such a potent weapon. Seriously, if you can't understand why we need an air superiority fighter like the F22 then your simply not qualified to criticize the program.
The second most expensive air. superiority fighter design failure never to see combat along with the F 35 this is not political or military propaganda it is just fact plain and simple the American belief and technical superiority is misguided.
