@@andrewhanselman6120 It's because sometimes people get a tad pissy when someone mentions they're not a huge fan of a certain aircraft. So it just snowballs into some big argument that changes no-ones opinions and only causes frustration for both parties.
Fighting is an art, whether it be by fists, blades, guns, ships, tanks, planes, it will and always be an art, an intricate dance of deadly precision, failure is not an option in this art.
Su-27s are gonna be a challenge, due to the fact that they'll need to understand moral complications with shooting down allied aircraft. Su-57s are no show, Russia wouldn't dare send them when they have so little of them.
I don’t think I know it’s able to destroy most planes the Russian Air Force has made and don’t say “oh I googled it your wrong” Russia lied and made google think it’s the the strongest I dealt with Russian fan boys and fan girls they have been brainwashed
This is genuinely the best fighter jet edit I’ve ever seen Edit: I think I have watched this multiple times a day for a while now even before my original comment
Should’ve just stuck with Grumman and the Tomcat and went along with their plans to create future iterations of it. I would’ve loved to see an actual ST-22 Super Tomcat flying above my house every so often but unfortunately that design with stay on the drawing board for the foreseeable future… At least that’s my stance. The eventual final form of the Tomcat could’ve theoretically rivaled the F-22 and it’s a damn shame we don’t get to see it. I feel the ST-22 and the F-22 would’ve looked beautiful flying together. But hey at least we have the F-35 Fat Lighting 2. *Facepalms* You gotta love when Congress ruins everything with their BuDgET cUtS. Who says we don’t have enough money to keep the defense budget and funding in the hundreds of billions of dollars?! God I wish the Soviet Union was still around. A perfect excuse to keep spending money on defense.
This is beautiful. Thank you. The Raptor has been the apple of my eye since I was a kid, even with a growing appreciation for the classics and even the 35, it'll have a place in my heart. It only landing once at the local base and I wasn't around to see it, my dad said it was beautiful, elegant, and bigger than we thought.
Aye I feel this one, how I got introduced to aviation stuff was seeing the demo reel for the X-35 growing up. The F-35 and F-22 are some personal favorites of mine.
@@FoxWithTheAngels I grew up in a military and just old enough to see all of the following aircraft line up on the apron: F-18(Hornet and Super), F-14, EA-6 Prowler, F-15, C-141, and maybe a few others no longer flying and my memory fails me. My grandpa got me into flight simulators even younger. I remember when the first aircraft models for the -35 came to the simulator and it looked butt ugly as opposed to the -22 and -23 prototypes that looked stellar. Now I like the "stuffed turkey" production design a lot. Having seen them operating up close definitely swayed me.
Thank you so much, the Raptor has been the best aircraft ive ever seen, Hearing that its getting retired soon is devastating for me, My dream is to become an airforce pilot and fly the F-22 and even the 35B version. So thank you again.
I just want to say I am shocked how you only have 300 subscribers. This is very high quality content paired with a great song choice and this is the third time I've watched the video. I hope your channel grows to be big one day with this much potential.
Thanks! Truth be told I actually thought the fact a lot of people saw this video was just dumb luck lmao. I'm glad to hear people like the video though!
If someone asked me to choose between this and su-57 felon It will be the toughest decision of my life because both of them are a wonderful piece of engineering.
True though, it's time will most likely come when the "NGAD" program gets into the production phase. Heard from the grapevine they're using the f-22 as a benchmark, basically trying to make it beat an f-22 consistently. Don't take my word for that though, it could be right or wrong.
Nope, I did not make it. The original creator was someone named "Zen". Forgot to throw the link into the description lol. But anyways, heres the link! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jdKIs151qGI.html
Sukhois got some nice aircraft themselves. Like SU-35E's. Appreciation for anything whether it be music, vehicles, weapons, art. It knows no bounds by country. That's what makes it beautiful
Even tho I’m a F-15 fan I still believe the F-15 is better because of its multi-role but I will say the F-22 is a amazing aircraft Honestly it’s pretty sad it’s getting retired soon And the F-15EX and the NGAD will keep its legacy going for the future
What makes the F-15E banger in my eyes is it can act as a precision bomber while also acting as its own escort. Both are designed for their own tasks and purposes, but I do gotta agree that the F-15C's and E's along with the EX slaps.
The F-22 in my opinion while good.. kinda came out in a really awkward time. It was made to go against soviet threats and the soviet union.. but when it came out the soviet union collapsed so.. the f-22's just been sorta existing in this limbo ever since.. Kinda existing without too much of a purpose. ..Ironically this fate happened to the MiG-25.. Being made to intercept the XB-70 Valkyrie.. but that program fell through so the MiG-25 also just sorta existed for awhile before getting upgraded to the MiG-31. My bad for the slight tangent, stuffs just fun to talk about as a whole. But to your point in simulated air combat it's definitely not invincible. It's been knocked by the rafale, super hornet, fa-50 from I think the philippines.. And even an A-10 due to catching a pilot off guard. Everythings go their ups and downs I suppose! But doesn't make any aircraft less beautiful and interesting!
@@FoxWithTheAngelsit should be noted that the F-22 was “downed” by all these aircraft, but not due to an issue with the airframe’s effectiveness. Every scenario where another aircraft beat an F-22, the F-22 was carrying drop tanks. These tanks, while they increase the aircraft’s range, they also limit its maneuverability, and greatly hinder its stealth. There’s simply no way to keep the Raptor, or any stealth aircraft, stealthy with drop tanks, hence why they were equipped to the Raptor for wargames - to nerf its stealth, and give its foes a chance. If they hadn’t had drop tanks on them in those wargames…well, look at those two Iraqi F-4s that ran into an F-22. Didnt even know it was there until the Raptor’s pilot told them to go home. The Soviets may have collapsed, leaving it without an enemy to fight, but the F-22 Raptor was still designed to dominate the skies.
@@blademaster2390 Right on the money. By all regards, doesn't mean the F-22 is in any way a bad aircraft. ..Actually it more so suffered from its own success. After the collapse of the soviet union the number of F-22 units determined to be built got cut down drastically due to it not being as necessary to stockpile as many of them. That and to your point about them holding back during training, I saw something as well where under 5,000 feet AGL. they're limited to around 12 Degrees angle of attack. While the F-15 is limited to 22, and the F-16 is limited to 13. It was on the public "Air Force Instruction" document, you can find it on google I think. It's "AFI11-214" and it's on page 31. It could also be the result of bottlenecking the pilots, so they learn to do more with less. So when the time comes they have more, they can do *A lot more*. So to your point, it's pretty common they bottleneck the raptor to most likely get the pilots to learn to do more with less.
@@kurnass2000 Yeah, it was made to counter the MiG-25 if I recall, or atleast the F-X program it was in got its requirements changed to meet what they believed the Foxbat was capable of. ..Then it turned out the MiG-25 was just a pure-bread bomber interceptor, made to counter the XB-70 valkyrie.. Which never actually entered production. But air supremacy is always a nice thing to have
This is probably the best fighter jet ever made in history of mankind, even tho im swedish im obligated to love jas 39 e gripen but i don't care this thing is fucking insane
Hlo brother I'm a newbie creator and I don't know how to give credit for misic and video in our video description.I have received copyright claim on half of my videos and deleted them please tell me how dod you give credit to background music.???
I typically just try to link the song in the description, as for crediting creators you can just throw in "Made by (person)" or something similar depending on what it is. For example saying a song is made by Joe in the description if they made it.
I personally fell in love with the su 57 although it's stealth is bad i accept it its still a engineering marvel in Menuverbillty missile carriage and it's the only jet that can beat the f22 in a dogfight iN DCS the most accurate flight simulator
While DCS prides itself on being the most realistic commercially available, do keep in mind at the end of the day these are all games and not simulators. And do note they are mods, so the realism could be pretty give or take, as far as I recall the Grinnelli Designs F-22 was limited to 30 degrees angle of attack, while its known it should be able to hit 60. But if it got to the merge the felon could possibly keep up in low speed fights as both aircraft have thrust vectoring. I myself though, I gotta say the Cy-57 does look in some ways a lot better than the F-22. The point I'm getting at is at the end of the day the stuff you see from DCS or VTOL VR, they're pretty much just amped up games, and in real life it's anyones game, anything can happen or go wrong
I always hated the looks on the F22 just because the weird protuberance it has on the begining of the cockpit, just behind the RADAR, the cockpit starts to lift while its steel, not glass, and i felt that was awful and ruined the entire vehicle's look, but in this video noticed why it does that and i now can admirre its looks
It's more of we haven't found too much of a reason to yet. It has intercepted Iranian F-4 phantoms that intercepted an MQ-9 though. That and it has done a few strike missions with JDAMS. besides that it hasn't done too much.
Sukhoi Su-33 and Su-37 for me is the most beautiful of them, not only the design of the Flanker-D is pretty but the canards make everything better. In Project Wingman the Su-37 is seen as a "Experimental Super Flanker", the style and the vectorial thrust makes possible to do highly maneuverable acrobatics, I recommend searching about these planes, in some countries like India they have the Su-30MKI. Truly beautiful and less rigid than the F-22 imo. I like the F-22 a lot but it isn't my favorite and I know it's better than the flankers, I guess I don't need to explain why it's stupid to discuss which plane is better, don't waste your time because neither Lockheed Martin Corporation or JSC Sukhoi Company paid me to talk about their planes and at the end of the day it's classified so no one can't prove something which isn't even accessible. Be happy, Sukhoi and Lockheed makes great planes! they both fly and shoot thingies, whatever they pretty
Some are better than others, but who’s to say god forbid you have favorites regardless? Art will often divide, some will love it and others will hate it. No different here! And no shame for what aircraft’s you like. For instance I like Cy-57’s despite their practicality being questionable. They’re still really nice looking. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
@@FoxWithTheAngelsthe SU-57 is very effective in criteria’s that the US doctrine doesn’t really pay attention to. People expect it to be a counter to the Raptor when I’m reality it has different roles and is misbelieved that it needs to penetrate positions. Even when comparing the two countries, Russia mostly makes Defence stuff while the US take the Attack approach
