Hotline Miami has "Karma" that involves you dying a thousand times. Considering that it's good ol' Hotline, this achievement is pretty easy.

I found it really difficult to get that trophy honestly, it was one of the last ones I got iirc. And I was playing on the hardest difficulty.

Holy crap. there's an achievement in that game for not playing for 5 years! there's one for clicking a bunch of doors, finishing the game (which takes about 8 or so minutes max), one for starting the game up after you closed it, one for PRESSING THE SPACEBAR, one for pressing the big red "ON" button in the mind control facility, and there's one for pressing the number 8 four times on the keypad!! There's also one that is called the "unachievable achievement" but we won't talk about that

I mean, I'm not telling people that they shouldn't, but I don't understand the need for achievements. Every time I see them is like the developers themselves telling me how to play their game. I would play on the hardest difficulty of a single player game anyways regardless if a game has an achievement for it or not. The point of even playing a game (at least for me) is to master the game; not to just be awarded with which is an equivalent of those gold star stickers that says "Good Job" or "You Tried". That's just how I see it.

Tbf, for the most part Minecraft achievements are a guide for noobs on how to play the game. They even trigger in a specific order, like you could theoretically never get “getting wood” because it doesn’t trigger until after you’ve opened your inventory
